Initially, I felt overwhelmed. When I wrote my first email to customer support, it read like something a deranged person would write. All of my concerns were addressed thoroughly, professionally, and with compassion. The customer service I received was 5 stars all day long. As time progressed, I felt confident operating the masks. I could see improvement in my skin. As a result, I decided to keep both face and neck masks.

I love this mask. I've been using it about six weeks now. Honestly I wasn't sure it would do anything because every device out there claims to work and half of them don't. But I figured I'd try it. Last night I got my first compliment from some friends and old coworkers at dinner. They said my face was glowing (and I agree lol). Pretty excited to keep going and see how it looks in a few more months.

I've been using the Erythros Laser mask consistently for a few weeks now, and I've been really impressed with both the quality and the results. The mask feels premium, is comfortable to wear, and the cordless design makes it easy to fit into my routine while I'm getting other things done.

I think this is a scam. I got my device in the mail today and immediately when I opened the box I felt uneasy and like I got scammed. The product user guide has various spelling and grammar errors, one of the manuals is printed reading from right to left. I opened the box and was met with a strong plastic, chemical scent. The wireless devices have strange emojis on it when you use it. I have emailed immediately to return and I fear they will not answer me for they know they’re a scam.

I have been trying to get my laser mask for months. After multple emails back and forth, they have stopped responding. My mask arrived in Lexington KY at UPS where is sat for over a month and finally UPS disposed of it because they also could not get a response. I’m out $1400 and have been completely blocked. I am notifying my credit card company of the fraud- do not buy from them. SCAM I can provide correspondence and receipts
UPDATE—since this review went live the customer service department emailed me. They said my mask had been delivered and sent a proof of delivery for an order with a persons name who is not me and a different tracking number from FedEx. Mine was shipped by UPS. The gaslighting is ridiculous
