We used this marketing service to promote our villa in Spain to international buyers after having no success with a number of high profile local agents for 3 years we wanted to try something different, and the results exceeded our expectations. Communication throughout the sale was excellent we called or emailed multiple times for updates and usually got a response the same day or within 24 hours. Whenever a potential buyer had questions, our agent contacted us promptly by phone or email to gather the necessary information. We received several offers during the marketing period and dealt directly with buyers to make things move quicker than the traditional route.

Eventually after a few viewings over a period of a few months, I secured an offer very close to the advertised price from a Belgian investor. The established rental income from the apartments was a major selling point and helped attract significant interest from investment-minded buyers.
