This is as close to my natural shade that I have ever been

I ordered mine and I'm delighted. The customer service was wonderful; they even called me to explain how we were going to achieve my desired color based on my hair characteristics. Romina, such a lovely girl, assisted me—very kind and helpful. It's very easy to apply, doesn't leave stains, and comes in a large quantity (I have a lot of hair and usually need two bottles of regular pharmacy brands). I didn't experience any irritation (sometimes other brands cause me slight allergies), and my hair ended up soft with a wonderful color.

This was my first time using e-salon. I like the colour which looks very natural. Ordering and choosing the colour was easy and the delivery was on time. The follow up to check the colour was good, before my next order was dispatched, was very reassuring. Again, the delivery was on time. Very pleased overall.

Way way way too expensive for what it is- faded after 10 days!! Very disappointing

I have wrote a lot of grey coming through and i get 'hot toys' with box dye. eSalon tailored my colour so I get a beautifully natural result. The colour is also a much better colour with fewer purpley undertones. It has depth and dimension rather than just being a flat colour. The instructions are brilliantly easy to follow and the little extras are a lovely touch.

Just coloured my hair with my second months application. Really pleased with the results. Great grey coverage. Love the correspondence when my next monthly delivery is due. Thankyou for all you do

I though I'd order a product I'd seen all over the Internet and in beauty magazines. Im a mum of 3 so buying a personalised premium product is a treat. My hair was light blond and I wanted to go to medium blond. I though I was safe as I get to speak to a colouring expert if there's any problems. The questionnaire was easy and so was ordering. I got an email from an expert with my colouring plan and they said to use a gold tint first. My order came beautafly packaged it was so easy to use but 15 minutes later my hair is black. I was distraught all I got on the phone was a refund and told at least its only demi permanent and it will wash out with no explanation of how it happened. I got no further by email. Basically told I'd have my refund there's nothing more esalon are willing to do. I'm now left with my disgusting black hair and have to go to a real professional and pay out for that.

Beatiful colour,adjust like I asked to. Easy to make changes and contact. Hovewer the colour didn't hold to my hair longer than 10 days,easy washes off which is not worth £27 :((

Really wanted to love this as it gets such great reviews. But no.
I have been dying my hair for 24 years with salon & box colour & have never had one fade so quickly. In 2/3 washes!
E salon tweaked my colour & resent it FOC. But again it has faded.
More so than a semi-perm gloss colour my hairdresser used to use. I use colour protect, don’t use v. hot water, haven’t been swimming-all the things they said not to do, I don’t anyway. So I’m disappointed but glad I tried it & it’s just not for me & I have seen others say it fades quickly too. It also has too much red undertones for my liking.
As with lots of things, this doesn’t suit everyone. I won’t be repurchasing & will go back to my trusty box colour.

Really loved the colour I purchased, Mahogany Blonde but it faded after 2 or 3 washers, probably would have continued using it to see if the colour got better when using it regularly but is too expensive, if it was £12 - £15 wouldn't mind paying that but when it's over £20 it's too much, charge less esalon then you would keep more customers.

I have used eSalon for 3 months now and I will never use any other Hair dye, it covers all my grey really well, the coverage is amazing, and I am in love with my colour. thank you eSalon

Love the whole process love the dye but do fine expensive.
