They sent me the wrong inner tube

They sent me the wrong inner tube. Claimed it was the right one, yet it is 20% smaller than the one that came with the scooter. They then twisted my words to lie about the inner tube and insulted me with a 10% discount on buying the same wrong inner tube. Avoid this company. If you need to lie after a bad sale, you are not trustworthy and more corrupt.

10/10 customer service

Seems like a good and genuine product but my package got lost by the delivery company but I must say the customer service was brilliant I have never expected this good service ever offered me a replacement or a refund 10/10 will be shopping here again.

Never showed when delivery was arriving…

Never showed when delivery was arriving and brake sensor was faulty so I had to change myself

Regarding the tracking and delivery time, there were some delays recently due to the bank holiday period, which can sometimes affect courier collections and transit times. While we always aim for deliveries to arrive as quickly as possible, external courier delays during these periods can occasionally extend delivery times slightly.

Customer support doesnt respond and they scam

Customer support doesnt respond and they take your money and ship your orders to diffrent cities to avoid giving the money back. Do not buy from these guys, unless you want to loose your money ofcourse!
