Can’t give ZERO. Avoid this company. They kept saying they had fabric supply issues - for 3 months. Kept following up during this time. Finally, fed up, asked for a refund. It never occurred, original payment via PayPal. Kept following up on refund. They would NEVER acknowledge receipt of email.

Warning: because this company extended out the timeline for receipt of goods PayPal would not honour their non supply of refund policy. This is another level of disappointment.

I ordered a dress and the order was never updated. I sent an email and was told the fabric was being ordered. I have reached out again several times and get no response. I am pretty sure the dress wasn't ever going to be made. The website is still up but beware do not order anything!

I use to be a very regular customer of Eshakti, but last year on 2/14/2024 I ordered two dresses and paid via PayPal. One dress was for a wedding in April. April comes and no dress. Contact customer service multiple times. They say they will make and ship when they get the fabric back in stock. Year later no dresses and the dresses are still for sale on their site.
Now Eshakti ignores all emails and will not refund my money. It is bad enough they stole my money, but worse they are still selling the items they can't make. I feel like a fool because I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I was a loyal customer.

I wish I could give zero stars…. I ordered 3 dresses for my engagement photos, not only were they never delivered, when I did get a response the answer was simply that they were having problems getting the material. I cancelled the orders when the date of my photos came and went and they promised a refund which 10 months later has never materialized. DONT give them your money, it will be a donation because you will not get your product, nor will you ever get your money back.

Ich habe im Februar 2024 zwei Kleider bestellt. Nachdem diese nicht Fristgerecht geliefert wurden (zwei Monate später April 2024) hatte ich nach einem Stand gefragt. Daraufhin hat der Kundendienst noch geantwortet, dass es Schwierigkeiten bei der Stofflieferung gäbe. Mittlerweile - 7 Monate später - habe ich meine Bestellung immer noch nicht erhalten und auf mehrere Versuche per Support und Instagram in Kontakt zu treten wurden ignoriert.

It has been 11 months since I placed my order and I still haven’t received it. I sent tons of emails and now they don’t even bother on replying. Don’t buy here!

I've been waiting 11 months for two dresses. I received one response in August 2024 about the delay due to a fabric issue. Several emails were sent recently with no response. I ordered them in February 2024.

eShakti is a fraudulent company. Do not do business with them. In April 2024 I ordered 3 different dresses from them for my sons wedding at the end of June. They stole over $300 from me, and anytime I'd write asking them about a delivery date, they'd give me some BS about how one of the fabrics used for one of my dresses was sub-standard and they were getting a new batch. They are a horrible company to try and deal with. If you've paid them, good luck getting your money back. It won't happen. Dirty, filthy crooks! I finally had to accept that they took my money, and had no intention of ever sending me the products. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AT ALL COSTS! These losers all belong in prison.

Was a loyal, happy customer for years. Then i made a large order in April 2024. The clothing never arrived. I contacted the company after a month and they said the order was delayed and requested patience. At 60 days, I asked for a refund. They said my order was delayed but still pending. I said i preferred a refund. They stopped answering emails. They delayed me past the point i could do a credit card block and tbey stole my money. The owner should go to jail.

I have not received my order nor any reply to my requests for a refund. It has been nearly a year. Despite happily placing numerous orders through the years, the last year and a half have been horrible. A previous order arrived way to late, but it did eventually arrive. Based on previous positive experiences I decided to give them another chance, but I neither received the clothes ordered nor a reply to my request for a refund after a generous 6 months of waiting. I waited for six months because they told me they had quality issues, however solving said issues should not take six months, so I requested a refund. Almost a year on and the silence is deafening and insulting, especially to a loyal customer of several years.

This used to be a legit company that I loved but they are essentially defunct now, no longer filling orders, but still accepting new orders in their website so just raking in new cash with zero ability to follow through (and no customer service to do refunds). If you've ordered there recently, dispute with your credit card ASAP

Omg scam. My dress is not received but it is marked as delivered. There isn't even a delivery date if you compare it to the previous dress that actually is delivered.

They are not making or delivering the dress but they are still updating the website???

COMPLETE SCAM. DO NOT BUY HERE.

Super disappointed. I've had some good orders from them in the past, often delayed but not egregiously and I was understanding given how they're made.

I made an order back in March (it's December as of writing this), and have not received the order. Part of the website says it was delivered, but clicking on the order says it's still being processed. In any case, I never received it. I've reached out to them multiple times and haven't received any response. I've tried to get a refund at this point, with no response.

They used to be good, if a bit slow, but something is seriously wrong now.

eShakti was THE resource for custom-made clothing. They changed my life. Now, as others have said, the company is defunct but still taking orders. Stay away. My order was due in August and was never received.

This was an awful experience. My order was delayed six months. I tried to cancel it and they refused. They only sent a partial order and did not refund my payment. I returned the rest of the order and got no refund for it. I am out over $300 for absolutely nothing and it’s been too long to file a dispute with my credit card company. The phone number listed on the website is not in working order yet their website looks as if you can still order from them.

After having a great experience with my first order in 2023, I placed a second order in 2024 and they never arrived. Communication from vendor was spotty, at best, but after waiting 4 months and nothing, I had to go thru the refund process with my credit card to get my money back. Such a shame that they've gone downhill and now just take your money without delivering a product.

I was checking to see if there was any update on that company that I once loved as I am not receiving promotional emails anymore and here is what I found:

“eShakti has officially shut down. None of the factories that used to manufacture for them have made a single garment in the last month.”
Even more concerning, “eShakti owes close to 5 million dollars to its vendors and employees.” The owner has been “in hiding for well over 10 months,” yet the website is still active—a move the ex-employee warns is designed “to scam you out of your money.”
In a dramatic turn, “2 days ago the owner...sent his trusted ex-CEO and partner in crime in the middle of the night to lock up their offices,” leaving employees stranded.
The message is clear: “DO NOT ORDER from eShakti as the company doesn’t exist anymore. Get your money back while you can.”"

En résumé, le fondateur et le DG ont mis la clé sous la porte en pleine nuit et le fondateur est en fuite depuis 10 mois. Il doit 5 millions aux fournisseurs et employés. Le site ne sert plus qu'à arnaquer les clients.

This is one of the worst online experience I've ever had :(
I was a loyal eShakti customer for over 7 years, but this year things must have hit rock bottom for the company. After purchasing and waiting months for my order to arrive I tried to contact customer service for an update. No reply to emails, phone calls or website forms. Long story short I had to go through the bank to get the money back, had my card cancelled due to the likelihood of scamming, etc. Just don't bother anymore, its really sad, but it's really not worth it at all :(

I ordered a dress back in March (2024) and it was delayed and ultimately canceled due to a "Shortage of fabric" I have yet to receive a refund. I have sent many, many emails and phone calls with no response.
I contacted my credit card company and unfortunately, too much time has passed for them to help me.
Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER from them. It's a shame really because years ago I ordered two dresses from them and they are wonderful.

Company is shut down. It's still taking orders and money, so it's now just a scam.
