good service

I realized I needed to buy this just before boarding my flight, and everything went smoothly from purchase to installation and use.
It suddenly stopped working at one point, but luckily I contacted customer service via hotel Wi-Fi, and they resolved it for me right away.
It turned out the phone had switched back to my original network, and it worked fine once I switched it back.
Highly recommended.

Bad experience

Very sorry to write this review… i’ve bought the same eSIM many times before and it always worked but last two times I had problem : first time in New York , my eSIM didn’t work for a long time the first day until someone helped me to figure out the issue for me contacting AT&T and now I am in Marrakech and I bought an xsim for Morocco and when I got here, it didn’t work, no signal at all No one solved the problem so I had to ask for a refund.

The first Euro eSIM worked for ~20 Mb…

The first Euro eSIM worked for ~20 Mb and then completely quit. No bueno! Also, never received the QR code for my second order. Then they wanted my selfie with official Gov't ID. Who would be foolish enough to provide that much info just for an eSIM? Perhaps, that is the point. This could be a dark web operation.

1. Regarding to your comment, after checking, the 2GB of data you purchased, 450MB has already been used, which is not the 20MB you claimed.
2. There is currently only one order under your account, could you please provide the other order number so we can look into it or process a refund for you?
3. Regarding your concerns, due to the prevalence of scams, our system has an automated evaluation mechanism that occasionally flags general consumers, we apologize for the inconvenience. Any documents provided by customers will be removed once the telecommunications carrier has completed the review.

So easy and quick

Just arrived in France and as usual my Virgin media data wouldn't work on roaming so from the hotel wifi i ordered an esim from Aero E Sim it literally took 3 minutes to do and for around 10 euro I had 10 gig for 30 days. Brilliant effortless service. Thanks guys

The ESIM does not work in Palau. Trust me you need to go through the local provider and they do not offer eSIM access just a hotspot at best

The Best

I have used these folks a dozen times for esims for the USA And EUROPE. Zero Issues. Did have trouble installing 1 esim but it was more my fault. Their service is awesome. Highly recommend !!!!!!

Works as advertised!

I've used Aero's SIM cards off Amazon in the past and they worked just fine. The instructions could use a bit of polish in the fonts/formatting department - but I can say I've zero issues. Used an esim this time around for a trip and that process was even easier.

It can take a bit of fiddling / swapping networks in the iPhone settings to make it connect but I think that's a carrier / apple thing personally. Once it was activated it just worked the entire trip and was much more affordable than my carriers data roaming charges would've been.

You emailed us 13 hours ago, and we replied within 20 minutes.
You requested a refund, which we refunded you within 30 minutes and notified you via email. Please check with your bank to confirm receipt of the refund. If you haven't received it, please contact us again.

Additional explanation: Your product has been successfully activated. Usually, the inability to use it is due to some settings adjustments. We believe you are in a hurry and have already purchased other products locally. If you don't want to try setting it up, that's fine; we also promptly refund you. We have no comment to you leaving a one-star rating due to dissatisfaction, but your review content is inaccurate.

Use this eSim in Koror

Use this in Koror. Connected but there was no internet. Contacted the company via chat using hotel Wifi and provided guidance to correctly set up. The setting was not automatic. It would have been better if instruction were available before or after purchase of eSim. Signal was on and off but generally work when google map was needed.
