I bought one of the first series SX250 Eskuta bikes 4 years ago and unfortunately I began to have problems with it earlier this year.
The servicing and sales people at the company headquarters in Nuneaton have been amazing and I am sure they have gone the extra mile on everything they have done for me.
Sadly my bike couldn’t be fixed, without a very detailed and time consuming investigation. However the engineer Paul and sales person Michael went above and beyond to provide me with a refurbished bike which I am pleased to say has performed really well on our last Motorhome holiday of the year.
Everything was delivered as promised, so thanks folks for restoring my faith in your company.

Eskuta are a wonderful company and their bikes are nothing short of brilliant.

We bought one to trial as a way of our carers getting about and I have to say I have fallen in love with it. It's a great piece of kit and we will be buying more.

Have confidence in this company, they are amazing, the whole process couldn't have been better/easier.

Customer Service Nice and friendly to deal with, the product is fairly good, would be 4 or 5 stars if I had received the pdf user manual I have requested twice in 3 weeks!!!

I ordered this E-scooter as it looked like the best in the price range. Initially I was happy with the scooter, although the range is no where near the advertised range. (advertised range on their website is 30 MILES, it does say 30 KILOMETERS on other sites so I'm not sure which is supposed to be correct). This being said, I get a maximum of 8 miles travelling on a straight, flat pathway with no lights on and walking it up any hill I might encounter big or small. when I questioned them about this they ignored me - twice. since then its very hit and miss whether I even get 8 miles now. Sometimes it will, other times it'll get less. I have no idea why. I travel the same route every time on it. It seems that the battery is faulty to me.

Next problem is that all the screws in the stem CONSTANTLY work themselves loose. I have to tighten them after every journey which eventually is going to break something i should imagine. it literally sounds like a bag of nails most of the time due to the rattling of the stem.

Its also worth noting that they advertise this scooter as WATERPROOF when in fact its IPX4 - which is SPLASHPROOF, and then in the instructions it tells you in big block capitals that you should never ride it in the rain! so not waterproof then? I've not been out in any kind of wet on mine as it seems to me that it won't keep water out very well at all.

I'm disappointed I've had to write a bad review of this product because I wanted it to be good. Turns out its just cheap and faulty, and will be returned as such.

Bike is great to ride service from sales department great.
Been using it the past two morning on my round.
Recommend this company to anyone who wants a bike.

service was excellent. placed the order on monday and got it delivered thursday, no problems at all.

Terrible customer service. Scooter is fully charged and the lights go on but the lcd screen wont work and the scooter doesnt move. Stay far away from Eskuta and go with a better brand.

Helpful salesperson who i met in person at electric vehicle rally. Friendly and helpful person on the end of the phone when I chose to order. Bike arrived within 2 weeks.

I decide to order Eskuta and Matt help me alot with all the processes. I have received after 2 weeks working very well I'm very happy .The delivery was very good .The engineer explain in details evrithing I must to know .

Very well pleased and happy with my purchase from Eskuta. Friendly and helpful staff, eskuta sx250 series 3 was dropped off by a very friendly delivery driver all assembled, charged and ready to go, after a quick run through of the controls and functions of the immobilizer/alarm, a little ride around car park, all was good, I would and do highly recommend this company and it's products. Five stars fer sure, deserved and we'll earned.
