Easy to deal with. I really was skeptical about dealing with a new vendor, but they were wonderful. The ring that I ordered was perfect no problems with vendor or the order it came as scheduled and I was very happy with the outcome.

Ordered a pendant and never received it. I’ve tried contacting them and they don’t respond.

Charged for necklace and never received it. I ordered a necklace and received tracking info within 24 hours. However, the tracking status remained (and still is) “tracking number created.” The item has not been shipped yet the status of my order in my account on their website is”complete.” I tried to contact the company five different times over a the course of a week and have had no response. Will now try to work with my credit card company to get refunded but am not hopeful.

The overall ring is great. Feels like good quality and looks great especially for the price. The only reason 4/5 stars is the sizing runs a little bit smaller then I was expecting. If I were to buy again I'd go up about a half size then I normally get. Otherwise it's been a great purchase

they never shipped the products that i ordered and have yet to reply to my customer service request. it's been over two weeks since I ordered three silver rings.
