I asked about a Kit which was a plug in for a UNO.
The answer came back that I could not do what I wanted. Re stack more than one KA03.
The Staff are very helpful, and the response time is excellent. If we have a few more companies like this one we would be a world lead.

I purchased a cctv dome camera from ESR a few months ago. After a lot of online research for the model I wanted, I found ESR were the best priced UK based store. The product arrived quickly and I was happy with it.
It recently developed a fault so I called their tech support line. It was a normal number so no costly phone bill. It was answered with a pre-recorded message saying they were very busy and would get back asap. I left my details but wasn't very hopeful about hearing from them. I couldn't have been more wrong. They called back after only 20 minutes and apologised for keeping me waiting. The tech guy was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was very impressed and can honestly say that I have never had a better aftersales service.
I would recommend this company to anyone.

Really good service fast delivery and a good price top notch

We had excellent, very prompt, advice before confidently deciding on our purchase. Once ordered, delivery was next day. Good value for money was a bonus. I will definitely use ESR for our security products from now on.
I would advise that, if you are not sure of your requirements, use the on-line enquiry form to ensure you get the right equipment for your needs.

I ordered a hard drive which was unfortunately lost in the mail system to start with. ESR Electrical offered an immediate refund after trying to help track down the parcel with Royal Mail. As it transpired, although the drive eventually turned up rather later than anticipated, I decided to keep it and contacted ESR to make the payment again. None of this would have happened without good communication and trust. ESR also sent a small gift along with a discount voucher toward future purchase by way of apology for the original problem. It's good to find a company who are genuinely concerned with customer satisfaction.

Robert offered us a choice of products of different costs and made sure that he matched the right product to our needs.

The fitting was fast and efficient and the unit has worked without a hitch since. Our fitter made sure that the angles of both lights in the unit were angled exactly as we wanted before he left.

Since installation we have had strong winds, the unit is so well installed its stuck firm with no issues. Good level of service and trustworthy company.
