Very happy with my order. It arrived on time. I bought a toilet seat with frame due to pending knee operation. The instructions said easy to do & no tools required. Ah! I thought, you don't know how hopeless I am with these things. Needn't have worried, it was very easy to assemble indeed.

I have purchased a couple of items from this company, Karen in customer service is very helpful and friendly.
They arranged my delivery and I was kept informed as to when my parcel was sent. I will deal with this compny again when I have to.
