I ordered a hoist and sling
I ordered a hoist and sling, which I cancelled before delivery. Consequently it was not delivered. Essential Aids, despite many attempts to get a refund, has not responded and I am still waiting for my refund.

The goods were delivered quickly
The goods were delivered quickly , well packaged amd in good condition. The adjustable tables are a little flimsy but considering the design & purpose that is understandable.

This Essential Aids half step was bought to assist in better entering the house from a high doorstep and works perfectly.
The product itself is extremely well made and has full fitting instructions and adjustable feet. We already had one at the back of our house so knew this was a good purchase. Well worth the investment. Would Recommend.
