Ive had several treatments now with Julia. What a special experience. As a lady carrying a terminal cancer diagnosis, I feel that this treatment discharges the stale / negative energy from my body and allowing it to heal. I can truely say that since I engaged with Julia I have never felt better both physically and mentally.

Definitely recommended. It is well known that the body stores trauma. I have gained insights and a sense of freedom from doing this work. Julia is very kind and easy to talk to. Definitely recommended.

On advice from a friend i read up on Essential Energetics and decided this was my next step. Constant debilitating backpain for years, surgery 12months ago, endless physiotherapy and i was still suffering. I have had serious trauma issues since my childhood,I also lost my daughter to suicide in 2016. After my 1st visit down to see Julia I noticed a vast improvement in my sleeping habits for example I was never getting any more than 3 hours sleep per night, max. After that 1st appointment I came home and went to bed at 4pm I didn't waken until 11pm. Since then I have been getting a minimum of 7 hours sleep per night sometimes even more. I have had 5 sessions in total with Julia and to say I feel better would be a complete understatement. She has turned my life around a full 360'

An amazing therapy. I am an opera singer who experiences severe self doubt and low confidence and self esteem, which is unhelpful for my extremely competitive field. I am about to step into a new phase of my career and was feeling very limited by these feelings, leading to anxiety attacks. I went to Julia for 3 sessions to help in managing this and found the experience so helpful and positive.
