Very professional.

I’ve visited Essex Clear Ears a handful of times since my initial appointment earlier this year. The staff, especially the audiologist, Mitch, have always been really friendly, helpful and patient. When it came to looking at buying hearing aids, I was given a pair to trial and there was no upselling or pressure to buy, I was also offered a second pair to trial if needed. Essex Clear Ears approach of suggesting/trialling products that were the best fit for my hearing loss, rather than flogging the products with the highest price, is really refreshing and does not happen enough which is why I was happy to buy my hearing aids from them. Lastly, my new hearing aids are amazing (with Mitch's expert fine tuning) and they’ve have had such a positive and powerful effect on my quality of life.

Walked strait in and didn't have to wait,was assesable for my walking frame.The man I saw was friendly and talked me through procedure and allowed my carer to sit in.Treatment was effective.Will be using again and highly recommend.

Response to my query was very quick and helpful but unfortunately my left hearing aid came apart again, and I am waiting to have it fixed. I managed to push it back together but am worried it will happen again.
