Not a great service which is what the web site says and to be fair it all looks above board but had a bad experience which left me out of pocket but they have your money so it don’t matter. Purchased a turbo at the fine tune of £900 sent that it was wrong so I sent the old turbo back and the new one at a cost of £84 so they hopefully send the correct one and still no they sent the the turbo without the gaskets come on your meant to be specialists but you’re only specialising and costing people more money and getting things wrong never again

I had the pleasure this afternion dealing with LUKE .I must say this young man went over and above my expectations. he was so helpful . polite and such a nice person on the phone excellent customer service an asset to any company . well done Luke and thank you.

I contacted these guys to ask general advice about a problem I’m experiencing with my cars turbo. They gave honest advice and replied immediately. They didn’t have to, they just wanted to help!
Would have no hesitation purchasing from these guys!

Everything was spot on, gave Andy my registration number and he found the right turbo for me, delivered very quick and on time, all correspondence was first class could not fault a thing, I would highly recommend this company, product and price spot on

I'm writing this review about jwperformace which is part of Essex turbos avoid! Take payment and don't send items asked for tracking number various times which they cannot provide now trying to get a refund which is proving just as difficult as actually getting the item in the first place seeking legal advice
