My name is Giulia (I’m an aviation eng so details matters) and I came from Saskatoon Canada because all the plastic surgeons recommended 🇹🇷 as the best destination for this procedure. I came across Estethica from a friend who had hair implant and I liked the final results. I had my first examination on a whatsapp video (this made me understand that they won’t say yes immediately like other businesses that wanted just a photo). After the examination I got one of the fairness price i ever encountered during my market research, other places asked for 3x more. So in my opinion their price is fair and doesn’t change (i heard that other places would had charge extra saying they needed more grafts to implant) and included hotel (very decent hotel , breakfast included, awesome food not gonna lie) and transport from airport to hotel and clinic back and forward.
Miss Gonja Orayeva was my contact . Besides that she spoke English at a good level she also is an angel on how much patience she had to me to answer my questions, and I had a lot of them. After she explained everything i booked my flight. Keep in mind if you come from overseas please 🙏 i beg of you take 2 extra days. Better to be rested before the surgery and plus you’ll have time to visit istanbul for a bit. They will charge you for those extra days but it is worth it. I booked my flights and this was enough for them to understand that I made up my mind . I had transfer them the money via Wire Transfer. They told me where to meet the driver at the airport and even responded super fast when I had a little problem to find the driver(airport is huge). The driver took me to the hotel. Next day they took blood samples (std mostly). On the second day I meet the doctor Negar Rashidi ( very friendly and knows also english) and her assistant (forgot his name) .
As a transwoman they understood how important this procedure is for me and they never misgender me! They asked me what type of hairline i want (barbie or half moon) and after we established that the assistant and doctor went and had a deep analysis of my hair! I was so pleased to see that they paid extra attention to my hair and decided that i needed more than just what i initially thought. I myself knew that my crown needed more density and when they draw up to the point i noticed myself i needed hair i was super pleased! ❤️ the price didn’t changed and I was so happy to hear that my crown will have more density besides the hairline for the same price!
We decided that the best way is to shave my head (first time i shaved my head ever and i was surprised to see how round and feminine my head is 😁) due to the fact that i would look bad plus the aftercare would be easy BUT THEY ASKED ME AND GAVED ME 2 OPTIONS (10/10). After the shaving was done I was put directly in the surgery room. Keep in mind this place is busy af, lots of russian or Ukrainian (idk the language) girls and men and germans.
In the surgery room i had a big anxiety , they understood and had patience for me. After i calmed down the surgery began. The technicians were all women and i loved how they called me “madam” 🤭. Some of them new english, basic but still made me feel safe if something went wrong .
They will give you food in the middle of the surgery because you’ll need to fast before the surgery and plus loosing some blood (normal) will make you weak. Food was great and i even could call a friend. After i finished my meal we went back and finished the surgery
I had 4000 grafts and the best part was that they did the zig zag hairline to give it a natural look and not a just a line.
After the technicians finished “installing” the grafts and gave me a PRP injection they bandage the back of my head (they took grafts from a big area because this will have a better natural effect and you’ll not spot where did took out the hair. Again details like this really matters if you ask me. They gave me meds (antibiotics, anti inflammatory and pain killers, the painkillers where optional and i didn’t need them) and told me to eat healthy and rest until tomorrow and NOT TOUCH my scalp! They gave me a pillow to use for my neck, this is what killed me because i have a bad back not their fault if you ask me. But be ready, get a massage before the flight! Also forgot to mention i had my ozone treatment as well.
The next day they cleaned me up. They did the laser (red light treatment) and also i requested to remove my moles from my scalp (had to pay extra). Dr Negar did this procedure herself. They gave me the lotion shampoo foam and other stuff and explained to me what when and how to use. Ofc they answered all my questions and had patience!
So far everything was great and i am really pleased how well and how good it looks.
On short the price is very reasonable the staff is friendly and you’ll get a warranty (1 year).
Next step is to take care and wait for results to come after 6 months.

I underwent a 3,700 graft FUE+DHI hair transplant at Estethica Global (Atasehir branch) in Istanbul in March 2025 and want to share my experience in case it helps others deciding whether to go. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend them.

I did not book the full travel package (hotel, airport pickup, etc.) since I was staying with a friend, but I appreciated that Estethica still made me feel welcome. Before committing, I was invited to tour the clinic, meet with a doctor, and ask all my questions face-to-face. My helpful coordinator, Adnan, and my local friend assisted with translation, since the friendly doctor spoke limited English, but I felt confident in his medical expertise and appreciated how low-pressure the consultation was — in fact, I was the one to ask how to sign up and what the procedure would cost. The clinic was modern, clean, and professional throughout, and the quoted price was more affordable than I expected (€2000 for FUE or €2200 for DHI at the time).

They were realistic from the beginning: I was told they’d only cover the front half of my scalp to avoid spreading grafts too thin (I have extensive hair loss). I was told I could return in a year for a second session if I wanted to do the crown (not included in this first price). I appreciated that they didn’t try to oversell the idea of a “perfect one-time fix” — instead, they gave me a clear, phased plan based on what was possible.

On procedure day, I arrived at the clinic and had a blood test (standard precaution), they shaved my head, and then I underwent a 7-hour surgery. The procedure was performed by Mr. Metin and two nurses, Yağmur and Rümeysa. They used a few minutes of Propofol sedation at the start and again halfway through, so I was conscious for most of the procedure. I was happy about this, as it ensured that the procedure was not painful. However, I hadn’t eaten or drunk anything beforehand (as required), and due to the length of the operation and no break for food or water, I ended up fainting briefly as they were feeding me afterward. That was unexpected for me, but they took good care of me, and I felt safe throughout.

The early results look promising, though I’m still in the recovery phase. Graft density appears good, and I’ve had minimal discomfort aside from standard post-op swelling and sensitivity that they told me about—nothing too painful, and I only took 1 pain pill after the procedure, and none since then. I'm hopeful as the growth progresses over the coming months.

A few constructive suggestions:
• The aftercare PDF they gave me was helpful overall but contained conflicting information — for example, it listed different timeframes for when I could swim (10 days vs 30 days), drink coffee (3 days vs 1 week), or wear button-up clothes (3 days vs 10 days) — all within the same document. These were small things, of course; but as a patient, clarity and accuracy matters — especially when caring for myself after a $2,000 procedure. I hope they will update this PDF for future patients.
• The aftercare kit only included shampoo (enough for 10 days), a neck pillow, and a certificate with graft count. However, there was no written breakdown of what was included vs. what was extra. When I later saw they recommended additional shampoos and lotions (around €450 for a 6-month supply if I remember correctly), I realized I had misunderstood what was included. They most likely mentioned this verbally during my visit (I can't remember), but I would’ve preferred a simple printed list showing what’s part of the package and what’s optional. I encourage future patients to request these details in writing.
• That said, I was not pressured to buy anything, and I appreciated that I could view the ingredients of their products in person, which helped me source affordable alternatives elsewhere.

One small note: I had to specifically ask for a copy of the transplant agreement, receipt, and documentation of my procedure. It seems most patients don’t ask for this, but as someone used to the paperwork-heavy systems in the U.S., I was surprised I may not have received any proof or receipt otherwise (aside from the handwritten certificate). Ultimately I did receive all the documents I asked for, which I am thankful about.

In short: Estethica offers excellent value, realistic expectations, and professional care. I’m giving them 5 stars, even though there were a few areas I think they could improve. The staff were genuinely kind, the procedure was professionally handled, and I left feeling supported, not sold to. I’d definitely recommend them — just go in with your questions prepared, ask for clarity on the aftercare details, and be ready for a normal recovery process that takes patience.
