I struggle with the fact that you aren’t emailed to remind you that your subscription is being shipped (it’s very easy to forget when you only have it every few months) but the customer service is practically flawless

Nun habe ich am 30.3. eine Bestellung getätigt, die bis heute nicht geliefert wurde. Der Kundenservice hat anfangs noch reagiert, jetzt ist Schweigen im Walde.
Ich bin sehr enttäuscht was aus Estrid geworden ist. Ich hoffe noch immer auf Nachlieferung oder Gutschrift.

I’m extremely satisfied with the products from Estrid and have never had any issues so far. My orders always arrived on time and exactly as I had ordered them. Unfortunately, I forgot to update my address and the order had already been shipped. However, when I contacted customer service, they responded very quickly and sent me a new order to my correct address. So overall, everything is great!

Great customer service. My razor fell and broke and within a couple of emails (with prompt responses) a new razor is on its way.

I hadn't realised the date that my subscription was imminent and hadn't cancelled it, as I had meant to, as I had enough blades.
Jessy, from Estrid, very kindly refunded me the subscription costs AND let me keep the blades! I was very impressed

I have reached out to Estrid customer services a few times for different queries. Every time they have been extremely helpful and I cannot fault the service at all. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I have been using Estrid shavers for the better part of four years, and I have tried many different brands. This one is by far the best. The ergonomics of the handle, as well as the price and quality of the shavers, are superior to any I have used before. Recently, my shaver broke, and I emailed them about it. They have a lifetime guarantee, so they are sending me a new one, which was all sorted out within 2 days. Their customer service is excellent. I would seriously recommend this product; I use it everywhere! I even bought one for my fiancé, and he uses it all the time as well.

I had a really positive experience with Estrid’s customer service team. I contacted them to cancel an order, and although it was unfortunately too late to stop it, they handled the situation brilliantly. The team went above and beyond by issuing me a full refund and even allowed me to keep the order as a gesture of goodwill, which I really appreciated. Their responses were quick, friendly, and very helpful throughout. It’s great to see a company that genuinely cares about its customers and is willing to make exceptions to ensure a good experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them based on the service I received!

Safe to say now cancelled my subscription and won’t be repurchasing - just buy a men’s 5 blade razor and it gets a much closer shave

Super lieber Kunden-Service! Ich hatte ein Problem mit meinem Rasierer und mir wurde anstandslos direkt ein neuer zugeschickt. Die Kommunikation war super schnell und auch wirklich super freundlich. Das Produkt ist auch super und verursacht keine Hautirritationen. Bin sehr zufrieden!

I’ve been subscribed to Estrid for years and genuinely never had a single issue. The service has always been reliable, deliveries are super quick, and the quality is consistently great.
I recently got locked out of my old email account, so I had to set up a new subscription under a different email just to keep things running smoothly. Honestly, it worked out perfectly because I needed a new razor handle and travel case anyway — and the welcome bundle is amazing value!
I also love how eco-friendly everything is, which makes it even better. Can never complain — highly recommend 💗

I bought this from boots today and I can’t honestly say what a crap 💩 and murderous product. 🩸
It has cut 🔪 my legs to bits. I washed, exfoliated and rinsed before adding shaving cream. 🧼
Expensive, and sore legs. I’m hugely disappointed. 😢

Customer service were really helpful and quick with their response. I needed to pause my subscription for a while as I had a backlog of razors, but didn’t manage to do it in time. I emailed to see if they could do anything and they were really kind to offer me a refund on the last order.

I’ve been using Estrid for years now and cannot recommend enough. I got my first razor 3 years ago now from Boots and it was the first time I’d not got razor burn from shaving and I’ve had the razor heads delivered on subscription ever since. I’ve got all my housemates on to them too and they all love! I recently left my razor stuck to an Airbnb wall so obviously replaced it straight away, the new razor however didn’t seem to hold the razor heads in well and they popped out a lot. I messaged Estrid on Instagram and within the 24 hours they’d shipped me out a new razor as replacement. Great product, great customer service - one very happy customer ☺️

I've been using the razors for years and love them, especially the design and all the different colours. Recently tried the antiperspirant as well and it's awesome. Keeps me dry all day and smells really nice. The customer service is always super friendly and helpful, 10/10!
