Awaiting outcome

From what I previously stated I do not think that they should allow you to click next day delivery if past the threshold time which I wasn’t aware of. That being said, an employee responded to me off hours to help my situation and came to a solution. I didn’t think they were going to respond because I haven’t trusted this company before, however they definitely put me at ease. I will update when/if the product arrives

EXCELLENT SERVICE do not usually do online shopping so I telephoned first and was expecting only robotic response - but phone was answered no delay and the operator really helpful no pushiness answered all my queries and most of all understood my telephoning rather then emailing (lots of us still prefer the telephone) I emailed my order in it was free delivery and within two days - I had a query with set up and telephoned back - phone no wait or delay and again esupply operator very helpful and knowledgeable - most of all it came across esupply really care about their customers - thanks to OWEN for his great service - certainly will RECOMMEND

Great Prices And Service

eSupply had the best price at the time when I was looking for a Samsung Odyssey G55. I had never ordered from them before so was a little tentative.
Now that I have my new monitor right in front of me and its in perfect condition, I will no doubt order from them again.
I had a query which I submitted via their online support about the delivery and to my surprise they replied within the hour.
All round it was a good experience, thank you.

Delivery came next day

Delivery came next day, very prompt, boxed and packaged well to prevent damage to goods inside.
Only issue is using the Klarna 3 payments. First time i tried it took my money to pending and the page crashed so the order didn't go through, so I am waiting for my money to come back into my account.

Excellent service

I found a Samsung The Frame TV on esupply website, one that had been returned and saved myself around £200. I didn’t pay for delivery so expected it to take a few days. It arrived the next day. Everything about the experience shopping with them was excellent. Will definitely use again. Highly recommended.

Nothing negative to say, ordered easily, description was good, price was £100 cheaper than Curry’s, delivered with no problems, package as described ‘open box’, checked contents and nothing seems to be missing or damaged so cannot fault and will use again
