I came across Eternal on Facebook after browsing countless diamonds. I gave them a call and told them my budget and requirements. Melissa sourced me 2 pear diamonds which i plan to take to make a set of earrings myself. I decided to go with IGI because real diamonds are loosing their value and was informed that Lab grown is increasing in value so i consider it a good investment, great service, super friendly staff and discounted prices. i will use them again thats for sure.

I ordered a 4.07ct Oval Diamond, D colour VVS2 for $500, the whole experience is easy. The website is clean and simple to navigate, the diamond selection is massive lol, and delivery was surprisingly quick less than a week. The diamond arrived nicely packaged with the IGI Certificate Which i cross examined on the code on the IGI website, all matches up. Happy days

I used the ring builder on Eternal Diamonds to create an engagement ring and honestly spent quite a while browsing through all the different diamond options before choosing the right one. The builder itself was very easy to use and made the whole process feel straightforward even though there were so many stones to choose from. Once i placed the order, delivery took a little longer than standard jewelry purchases, but that's to be expected with a handmade custom ring. When it finally arrived it was absolutely worth the wait. The diamond looked exactly like the videos i was sent beforehand and the finished ring was perfect. Great experience overall and I'd definitely recommended them if you're designing a ring from scratch.

Great experience with Eternel Diamonds. I purchased a round brilliant diamond for a custom ring project and also ordered smaller stones afterwards. Ben was very helpful and send videos of stones before shipping which made the decision much easier. Both item arrives within the week via tracked and signed, and everything matched the IGI certification perfectly. Pricing was far better than what i was quoted locally. I would happily use them again for future jwellery purchases.
