A happy repeat customer
I have placed a number of orders from Ethical Apothecary and have always been really pleased with the products and customer service. Recently I contacted Sam for skincare advice as some products I have used for years have sadly been discontinued. Quick delivery & Excellent Customer Service
Quick delivery, and excellent customer service. 1 (out of several) items was not available, and an alternative was offered immediately, which given the time I ordered (between Xmas and NY) I thought fantastic! I have used EA before, and highly recommend them to everyone.

So happy to hear you found the website easy to us, we have spent a lot of time trying to make it quick and easy so that's music to our ears thank you. In response to the soap going faster than expected, may I suggest it is always stored in a dry place whilst not in use out of the shower or on a soap dish and not stood in water or near sunlight.

Superb products, have been a customer from the beginning always ready to help and give advice.

wrong scent sent…
My order took six days to arrive and although you showed stock of the bitter orange lip salve when I ordered, you were out of stock and you sent me another scent. As this original scent was asked for specifically by my daughter for Christmas, I am not sure what to do. It there any chance that you will have the bitter orange lip balm by Christmas?

Im sorry to hear your order has taken longer than you expected. This circumstance while regrettable and most unusual is unfortunately beyond our control. We make every effort to ensure our customers safely receive their orders by using Royal Mail track and signed as a small business Royal Mail is the best service available to us and our customers. However it appears on this occasion despite our best efforts in dispatching your order straight away the Christmas postal demand has resulted in your order arriving later than you had expected. We endeavour to ensure deliveries arrive within 2 - 3 working days, however we also advise in our Frequently asked questions that busy postal periods may result in delayed deliveries. As a consequence of your poor review and 1 star rating, which as a small business is upsetting for us to see, we will explore ways of making our recommendations to order early to avoid delays during busy postal periods ( Christmas) more visible on our website.
