I signed up on etool.ai and uploaded a personal data. I requested for the deletion of all my personal data including my photo, phone number, and Gmail account details, however, I have not received any confirmation yet.
I am still waiting for confirmation. Please process this request urgently and confirm that my data has been fully deleted from your system and etool.ai system or in any other system. This is very important to me for privacy and security reasons.

At start when they ask for sample like pay 0.10£ just to check and when you paid to them latter on next day you will get notify payment has been successful made of subscription charges 49. Be aware this is a SCAM
Be aware this is a SCAM. I was supposed to be charged £0.10 and they took after £49.9 without any consent. Don’t get fooled by the good reviews, most likely not real. Even google email is suspecting their emails as a SCAM and displayed warning when I received email from them.

This organisation is a scam business. You have been warned. They draw you into to use a free tool then charge you £0.10. Once they have your payment details they then charge you £49.90 monthly!! Without you requesting or wanting. You have to cancel your membership to stop the payment. They don’t respond to emails. THIS IS A SCAM!!! BE WARNED

This organisation is still refusing to refund my money. Do not be fooled by their standard response. They will not me tell where their company is registered or their legal address as they don’t want me to pursue them. I am doing everything I can to get my money back and not giving up. Be careful and stay away from E-tool. I suspect any positive reviews on this site are suspect and most likely made up. BE WARNED.
Further Update
How to get your money back.
1. Inform your card company who will dispute the payment on your behalf and credit you the money. E-tool have to prove you subscribed which they can’t.
2. Pursue E-tool for a refund daily until they agree. They offer you 50% if you are persistent. Do not accept this as you want all your money back.
3. Ask for the name of the company CEO and registered office address to make an official complaint. I asked 6 times and they never gave it to me. Presumably because they have something to hide and are a sham business.
Disgraceful business. Have nothing to do with them.

This site is a scam. I only paid 1 peso, but it suddenly deducted 899 pesos from my GCash account with Reference No. 047324034. I demand a full refund.
