So bad. There is ZERO ways to contact them about any issues. It says contact us but there isn’t a way to contact them. Their “chat bot” is the worst AI ever. I got leggings a while ago and got a hold near the ankle and returns is embarrassing.

Didn’t receive 3 out of 4 packages. Tried contacting customer service multiple times. first time they said wait a few days it’ll come. a week later nothing came so contacted again, got automatic message that they were sorry bc response would be delayed bc it was busy. After a few days the contact was just broken (not by me). So still no contact. Every time i tried to contact aybl no response, just automatic message that a lot of delivery’s are delayed. I am really sad ab this bc i do like Aybl, i don’t need my order anymore at this point tho. I think it got lost and would love to sort this out but i cannot get contact.
terrible customer service and products
Would give it 0 stars if I could. Shocking customer service and almost impossible to get in contact with an actual team member. Had to contact the bot twice about a faulty pair of gym shorts. Only wore them a handful of times and a hole appeared on the seam line. Because the 30 day policy had passed they did not care and didn’t do anything about it. Package took weeks to come and for the price the quality is terrible. Would never recommend this company or their products to anyone. Absolute scam, pathetic products, terrible customer service and experience.

Absolutely terrible customer service!! They have sent me the wrong item twice!! There is no contact number to call them! I have tried emailing & using the chatbot. They don’t even look at the messages sent!
Looks like I will be taking a trip to their head office to get my money back!

Wel betaald, geen pakket.
7 weken geleden een bestelling geplaatst bij AYBL, 5 sportleggings en een sport BH tijdens de pre-sale van black friday week. Helaas tot op de dag van vandaag geen pakket. Eerst volgens AYBL omdat door BREXIT en invoerrechten mijn pakket nog bij de douane lag, later stond het pakket als afgeleverd gemarkeerd maar niks ontvangen. Enorm veel heen en weer gemail verder en nog steeds geen pakket.

Al weken aan het wachten op mn bestelling. Slecht contact. Elke week stuur ik 2 mailtjes.
Het is maar zeggen dat ik moet afwachten en dat het druk is met de post. Mijn track en trace code doet het inmiddels ook niet meer. Hij is volgens mij nooit aangekomen bij DHL!
Iemand tips hoe dit verder aan te pakken?

If I could give no stars I would. I placed an order in mid July (approx $150). It’s been 2 months and I still haven’t received a package. Contacting the company is extremely difficult and it’s impossible to simply speak to a human. Email messages go unanswered for days / weeks and when they finally do respond they provide the same unhelpful information over and over, assuring me my package will arrive soon. I haven’t even received a response to my last message, sent over two weeks ago.

Die Klamotten sind zwar echt super, ich würde aber nie wieder bei Aybl nach Deutschland bestellen. Ich hatte ein Problem mit den Zollgebühren und den Paketen und bis auf automatisierte Emails, die nicht auf das was ich in meiner Mail geschrieben hatte, eingegangen sind, kam quasi keine Hilfe von Aybl. Echt schade, hatte mir mehr erwartet. Kann es leider gar nicht weiterempfehlen.
Pakket na 30 dagen nog niet ontvangen. Op de website staat 3-5 werkdagen…
Pakket zou binnen 3-5 werkdagen bezorgd worden. Iets later is dan geen probleem, maar als het 30+ dagen moet duren is het misschien goed om zulke dingen niet te beloven…
Eens en nooit meer! Bestelling is nog steeds niet binnen en wacht al ruim een maand.

Disapointed! I ordered two products on August 1st. I have not received them so far. It's been a month and the ability to track the order disappeared some time ago. I get automatic replies to my emails. bot replies in the chat, there is no way to contact anyone. I advise against it!
