Worst experience of shopping I’ve had. The phone broke within 3 days of turning it on.
When it was turned on it was displayed that ‘unofficial battery detected’, and it died permanent shortly after.

I was refused a refund, they attempted to make me pay for the return which is against EU consumer law in the case of a faulty product.

As a refund was rejected, they would only offer a replacement, which was useless to me as I had to go and buy a working phone in the meantime considering the process is taking MONTHS to get a replacement.

It’s been months since they stated they would send me a replacement and I have not received. After following up on it, ONLY NOW have they sent it.

A nightmare to deal with.

After stating they will replace it, I got an email to my Apple account that they are instead trying to reactive the broken phone.

Nach einem vorfallsfreiem Lieferungsprozess hat sich leider herausgestellt, dass das bestellte Gerät nicht den Angaben auf der Webseite entspricht. Zudem wurde eine falsche Hülle verschickt.
Das ärgerlichste ist jedoch, dass CertiDeal auf keine meiner Mails, die ich vor 1,5 Wochen verschickt habe, antwortet. Die Kommunikation ist katastrophal. Ich weiß nicht, wie es jetzt weiter geht.

Ordered an iphone 12 on the 03/03/26. The site accepts the shipment to Ireland. Later on I check on their T&C's where they say that orders from Ireland must be ordered on a different website (GoMo...). So I email them to understand what to do (cancel, refund, going ahead, extra payment...). They respond that the phone is shipped (great news). After some more emails chasing the up I got to get the shipping confimation and tracking. Got the phone delivered on the 20/03/26.
My experience, compared with other similar companies, was frustrating and feeling unreliable.
Eventually got the phone, but I don't think I'll order anything else from them, despite the good price and the quality of the product received (was ok).

Ik stuur hun een 5 jaar oude telefoon die perfect werkend was, zonder krassen op het scherm, omdat ze een goede prijs boden en ik een nieuwe had gekregen. Ze ontvangen de telefoon op 15 januari. Normaal duurt het 2 a 4 werkdagen om deze te inspecteren volgens hun. Na 5 weken stilte en eindeloze mails met de klantendienst die steeds standaard emails terugsturen, blijkt dat de telefoon niets waard is want de microfoon zou ineens stuk zijn. Het duurt nog 2 weken vooraleer ik de telefoon met een gekrast scherm terug krijg en deze werkte normaal. De 'rebuy' service is dus onbetrouwbaar.

I placed an order on January 29, 2026 for an iPhone 12 Mini (ref: FRVCWODAJ) totaling €196.98. I selected Greece as my delivery address, the checkout system accepted it, and I paid the shipping fees as calculated.

I received order confirmation and a "ready to ship" email. Days passed with no tracking number. When I checked my account portal, I found a pop-up message (not even an email notification!) demanding an additional €22, claiming they "don't deliver to Greece" and would need to make an "exception."

This is deceptive business practice. The system allowed me to complete checkout with my Greek address, accepted my payment, and confirmed my order. Only THEN did they demand more money—money that was never disclosed during purchase.

The message has now disappeared from my portal, leaving me with no order status and no communication from their team.

Avoid CertiDeal if you're ordering from Greece (or anywhere outside France). They seem unable or unwilling to fulfill international orders despite accepting payments from EU customers.

I will be filing a chargeback dispute with my bank and reporting this to EU consumer protection authorities. UPDATE: They have now completely DELETED my order from their portal. No order history. No refund. No shipping information. No record that I ever paid €196.98. It's like the transaction never happened.

This is beyond incompetence—this is theft.

Horrific service. The worst online shop ever. Two weeks delay in shipping. After several complaints and emails they shipped the phone. And it remains stuck in transit (not being picked up by UPS).

Terrible terrible terrible service. Unorganized. Miscommunication in every step.

I felt so stressed and disappointed. Left me without a working phone for 17 days. Still haven't received my product.

Es mag sein das sich die Lieferung aufgrund der Wetterverhältnisse in den letzten Tagen verzögert hat.
Heute ist mein IPhone angekommen.
KEINE SCHUTZGLAS, KEINE HÜLLE!
Obwohl ich für diesen Service 25€ bezahlt habe!
Das Geld will ich zurück haben!!!
Ob die Batterie tatsächlich erneuert wurde werde ich die nächsten Tage ebenfalls lieber testen lassen!

I ordered from you 4 days ago and my package is still at the "info recieved status" it was supposed to arrive on friday. I did not get any emails apart from the one with the order tracking number and im sure im getting scamed.

A new review. After many emails direct to certideal no response. After one review directly response. They ask me what’s wrong (told them many times the iphone 15 pro has an hardware error). From different certichannels different answers. They would help me but again nothing happened. Have no phone for 5 weeks, paid almost 1000 euros with 2 years warranty but nobody helps you if you have an problem! Don’t buy here, when you have a problem nobody will help you…
