Auch wenn mein Problem nicht umgehend gelöst werden konnte, bin ich mit der Kommunikation über die Mammotion App sehr zufrieden. Mein Problem wurde ausführlich besprochen und nach Lösungen gesucht. Da alle Vorgeschlagenen Handlungen nicht zur Lösung geführt haben, wurde die Problematik an andere Mitarbeiter weitergeleitet. Die weitere Kommunikation erfolgt nun per Mail.

Luba 3 AWD 1500 Review (first time Robot buyer)
I ordered a Luba 3 AWD 1500 as part of the Easter offer. It arrived within 10 days and when I called to check on order status the representative was extremely helpful.
The actual Robot has now been running for 2 days and all aspects from unboxing to setup to configuring went like a dream. All of the app functionality is extremely intuitive (even though I saw some reviews saying it wasnt)
I should say this is my first robot lawnmower and I was waiting for "stripes and wire free".
Based on my experience so far I simply cannot fault the company or the robot. Extremely happy.

Personal gut, App eventuell verbesserungswürdig
Grundsätzlich lief er Service und die Kommunikation gut miteinander selbst nach einem Anbruch des Chats. Was ein kleines Problem war, ist das ich auf einmal keine Bilder hochladen konnte mehr. Das liegt aber an der APP nicht am Personal. Schade ist zudem das der alte Chat nicht aufrufbar war von mir. Sonst war aber alles gut.

Problème sur un Luba 2 5000 qui ne redémarrait pas après l'hivernage. Envoyé en réparation, sous garantie, la réponse tomba : irréparable due à une mauvaise étanchéité. On me proposât alors
le remplacement par un Luba 2 awd 5000 donc nouvelle génération. La on voit le professionnalisme de la marque. J’ai bien sûr accepté ! Très satisfait

I would like to share my experience with Mammotion support.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the outcome. The support team was friendly and, in the end, able to resolve my issue successfully. Once the problem was properly addressed, the solution worked well and everything is now functioning as expected.
However, I do want to mention that the process at the beginning was a bit frustrating. My issue seemed to be delayed or not fully prioritized at first. It was only after several other users reported the same problem on Facebook that my case received more attention and was eventually resolved.
Despite this initial delay, I appreciate that Mammotion ultimately took the issue seriously and provided a working solution. I hope that in the future, similar problems can be addressed more proactively and faster, even before multiple reports appear.
Thank you to the support team for sticking with it and getting things resolved in the end.

Great mowers, good service
First of all, these are great mowers. I own 2 as my different lawns are separated by a fence that I do not want to cut open.
When I had an issue with one mower not returning to the dock when the battery ran low, I reached out the EU support and the assistance was excellent. The response quickly with good guidance for investigation and troubleshooting. I was able to resolve the issue within a few days.
