If I could give zero stars I would!

These thieves have my money and the parts back they asked me to return!

I ordered replacement rear vehicle light fittings, the parts were faulty and I reported it to the seller on EBay.
The seller asked for proof of the faults, which I provided, they then requested I return the item for a refund, I have this in chat logs.
I returned the item and the seller is now refusing refund, they state it has passed the standard returns date, but they already acknowledged it had passed the returns date, and they requested I return the items anyway for a refund, due to being faulty.
They have the parts back, I have proof of postage/delivery, at my own cost, and they are deliberately delaying/withholding the refund for no reason.

Absolutely appalling service from start to finish.

I was promised my kit would arrive on Monday 12th, so I booked my car into a garage to have it fitted. The kit never arrived, leaving my car sitting there all day and costing me money. I have since been told the parcel has been lost in transit.

What has made this even more frustrating is the complete lack of urgency from the company. Instead of taking ownership of the problem, there has been constant back-and-forth with unhelpful responses that only delayed things further. Every day that passed added more inconvenience and more financial loss for me.

Despite all of this, there has been no offer of compensation or any real effort to put things right. As a customer, I expected much better communication, accountability, and service.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. If you have deadlines or need parts to arrive when promised, I would think very carefully before ordering from them.

Very disappointing. I'm dealing with this company for few days now in regards with some flimsy roof bars that didn't fit. They making it as difficult as possible to accept and arrange the return.
Safe yourself some time and avoid them at all costs!

Ordered a roof rack when opens the box there was two bars missing sent them an email because the 30 day period had passed also bought a battery that was not fit for purpose avoid like the plague

Parts ordered never turned up . Company doesn't appear to be in based in UK or Europe as name suggests . Parts showing despatched on Amazon page for over a week. Made inquiries with them.Responded quite quickly saying Royal Mail had lost the parcel and a refund would be made (not yet received).

Proceed with caution. I bought a Roof Rack product which was described as fitting to Landrover Discovery 5 Roof Rails. I received quite clumsy brackets to fit to Roof Bars, not what I expected or wanted. After 1 month of emails and whatsapp messages, I still do not have the issue resolved. You cannot contact this company by telephone. No one wants to talk to you after they've taken your money.

I'd give this company zero stars if we could. This company appears to be a scam

Mercedes GL Side Steps
So far one star only.....
Bought some side steps, the package arrived somewhat disheveled, it's clearly been through the courier wars (unable to post a photo here) so I decided not to open the package at all and return the steps instead.
So I followed the returns policy and requested 'approval to return' by email
This was over a week ago, but nothing at all, the steps are still cluttering up my porch awaiting collection.
Euautoparts, as I am physically disabled please kindly arrange to collect these unwanted steps and refund my money in full thank you. Order #2532

I recently purchased deployable side steps for my new Range Rover excellent price & delivered on time
I had a minor problem which was resolved within 3 days
I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again
