I bought a van from a member called Jason. Jason's Customer service was really good. We received the vehicle within a 4 days. When we got the Vehicle we didn't understand some of the features so when we contacted him he helped us by filming a video and showing us how it works. Thank you so much Jason.

Excellent service right from booking to job completion.
After being let down several times by my main dealer i decided to use Euro commercials.
From the moment i sent an e-mail request i was kept informed of parts eta and booking times.
I met the technician at a site convenient to me and my brakes were not only checked but also replaced at the same time which minimised any disruption to my working day.
Very impressed and i will definitely use again.

What a fantastic team Euro Commercials have! From dealing with Barry & Karl at Cardiff to Garyn and his mobile fleet team, they have given us a faultless service from day one.

After a driver caused some damage to our new 25 plate vehicle we were worried... (firstly because a brand new lorry had been damaged!! but mainly concerned about how long it would be off the road for). Garyn has his team on the case within minutes and got this vehicle back on the road the following morning.

We at Booker are looking forward to working with Euro Commercials in the future and feel comfortable knowing they have our backs and can support with their expertise.

Excellent service from the breakdown guys at Swansea. Had a problem with my Vito and Paul sorted it out without any problems and got me back on the road. Brilliant service from Paul. As a self employed tradesman, this service it what you need to keep you on the road.

After absolutely appalling service from Euro Commercials in Exeter they really turned it around and managed to turn a really bad experience into a very positive one. I'd booked my Sprinter in weeks ago to have the electric sliding door fixed. I rang the day before to confirm the booking and again on the morning of the service. I drove 2 hours to get there and was told that the technician who had the expertise needed to fix the door 'had been called away' and they couldn't guarantee he would be available this week. I had no choice to turn around and come back home ... all in all it took almost 5 hours. Understandably I was very unimpressed! However later that day the service manager rang me up and arranged for the technician to drive to my home and look at the sliding door the following day. Unfortunately he wasn't able to fix the door while he was here but arranged to have it done in their workshop with minimum disruption for me.
