Have been waiting for 8 weeks for them to collect the loo from my house, everytime I call I’m given a date yet the loo is still here.

Alin was and great. 5 star!

They don’t turn up, don’t do the job, yet still charge us for two months. We’ve called and reminded them, but still no one has shown up. Absolutely shocking service.

Great service always come back to euroloo for every job. Clean and reliable toilets always.

We have worked at this job for one year. Even with vans blocking the road and parking and noise, the only complaint we have had is about the toilet. They charge you for a weekly clean.
The entire time this toilet has been here they have never turned up to clean it weekly and they haven’t just turned up. We have to complain every week. It gets cleaned every second week if you complain. We cannot use this company going forward as trades are refusing to use it and go into town to use a public toilet.
It doesn’t matter how many times you complain they aren’t interested.
You will notice they think by answering we have contacted you for more information gets them off the hook. They have not contacted us.

NOT happy with their service.
They booked a collection day and then changed it without telling me; I had to call to know that the day was changed. The day of collection the driver came at the wrong time window so no one was there to give them access. Ling story short: I am stuck with a chemical toilet on site receiving complains from neighbours

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They do not come and service the portaloo. We have had ours that hasn't been serviced for at least 4 weeks, despite us calling every week and repeatedly asking for servicing. It is now a health and safety biohazard, we can't open our windows anymore, and they are not treating this as an emergency, absolutely outrageous. We have asked for it to be removed, and still waiting. The customer service is very poor.

Partner Stu had a lot of missed services and was totally upset as we used Mark one Hire before whom we had issues with and then Euroloo but I was very impressed with a lady named Becca who sorted out our credit notes with an amazing lady named Abi and Marvin who made our Stu laugh and get in happier spirits despite servicing issues. We will most certainly look to use again

Collection driver has caused so much damage to our garden wall, post and has disconnected our electric gates. Called 10 minutes after incident, 10 days later, after chasing again, receptionist said, 'should have called transport'. I despair. What an appalling customer service team. As thick as our garden wall. Absolutely no care, support or consideration.

So received a response from you, whoever you are, and I confirm that I have emailed and you are in receipt of evidence of the damage caused but 11 days in and we still have not received a call or visit from you company. May I add that because this post is unstable and has children, parents and staff working passed this twice a day to get to the school I hold you totally responsible if anything terrible happens and a child or adult is hurt. You have been told repeatedly and still it is radio silence.

Unbelievable how incompetent and unprofessional this company could be ! Lied about servicing the toilet and sent photos from some other toilet that was cleaned.

Bunch of liars!

Off hired toilet on 20th august was supposed be picked up on 27th. Still not been picked up on 15th September. Keep giving me dates when gonna be picked up and they never turn up. Useless service would never use them again. Was never cleaned out either. Literally crap 💩

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY -

I agreed to the portaloo on my driveway only because I was promised 3–7 days max. It’s been left far longer — effectively abandoned — blocking my driveway and causing an avoidable parking fine. Collection times were completely ignored; no communication, no updates, no respect for my property.

Worse — it arrived dirty, covered in cobwebs, and smelled strongly. It was not fit for purpose from the start. This has been a stressful, deeply disappointing experience. Customers beware — you’ll get poor quality, broken promises, and no care for your home or agreement.

I still require: confirmed collection date/time, urgent removal, explanation for the delay, and response regarding my fine. Others deserve to know what to expect. Avoid if you value reliability and basic hygiene.
