Good service they are fast delivery and keep their product nice and clean, once a week they come to service, I find them a bit expensive but over all good, thanks

Paid 02/01/26 still awaiting any type or response. I called Friday and wa son hold for 10 minutes. Advised id get a call back as they didn’t know what was going on…..never heard anything further.
Dreadful service. Following this emptying of tank I’ve paid for I shall be going elsewhere!!!

Used them before and they were excellent. We had to cancel the second time due to weather and they kept our money. The no refund policy isn’t great especially with circumstances out of your control.

The team running this business is far from suitable.I rented a portable toilet from them on October 29th in Kensington and Chelsea. By December 3rd, I had called numerous times for a cleaning due to the odor affecting the entire street. Neighbors frequently complained, leaving me no choice but to hire another company to replace it.I would certainly advise against using this company; they're not equipped for this task.Regards, 10/ten construction Ltd

Poor servicing
Poor servicing
From the 28th of November until 16th of December no one has attended to service the toilet
Even after calling them they didn’t give me any information of to why this happened
Requested them to come and clean it asap as it’s just unsanitary they informed me the earliest is the 19th of December
Avoid getting a toilet from them as throughout the hire they missed the weekly cleaning 4/5 times each time without informing me
