Good service they are fast delivery and keep their product nice and clean, once a week they come to service, I find them a bit expensive but over all good, thanks

This is my 2nd time of using your company and the first time I gave a 5star rating and was very happy
Not so much this time although your staff on the phone all seemed very friendly and helpful when it came to transport I was very disappointed after leaving much instructions that I would need help in positioning the loo I had none the loo was left on my drive and I waiting in (took day off work!) I wasn’t notified it had arrived and had to move it on my own (both times !) I’m 62 not weak but it wasn’t ideal I will use you again because of my first experience but thought you should be aware thank you

didn’t send me the porta loo the day they said they would as apparnelty i had not paid for it all i have to send them my bank statements for them
to prove then after that i had to pay extra and the guy who delivered it was so rude

Great customer service and efficiency
Great customer service and efficiency. Builders were on and off site, so had to take loos off site and on again. Very easy process.

Brian at Euroloo is fantastic! He supports my remote Lung Cancer screening sites by providing the toilet facilities. He always communicates professionally and calls ahead to keep updated with delivery times and any issues are resolved promptly. Very friendly and kind.
