Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Avoid this company at all costs.
I ordered a chandelier from Euroselle for £215 and waited approximately two weeks for my order. After all that waiting, I received an email telling me that they had cancelled my order because of an “error” on their platform which resulted in an incorrect product price.

What happened next is absolutely outrageous.
Instead of honouring the order I had already placed, Euroselle simply cancelled it and told me that if I was still interested, I could place the order again at the “updated price”.
The exact same chandelier is now listed on their website for £522.
So, essentially, I placed an order at £215, waited two weeks, and then the company decided they could make more money from the product and cancelled my purchase rather than fulfilling it.
They then had the audacity to invite me to buy the same item again for more than double the original price. This is not how a reputable business should treat its customers. If a company makes a pricing mistake, that is its responsibility to deal with — not something the customer should be punished for after placing an order and waiting weeks for delivery.
And to make matters worse, I am currently left with neither the chandelier nor my money, as I am still waiting for the refund to reach my account.
The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and insulting. There is absolutely no sense of customer care, accountability or respect here.
I also have serious concerns about the products sold on this website. Many of the items appear to be generic products that can be found through Chinese wholesale marketplaces such as Alibaba, which makes the enormous mark-ups particularly difficult to justify. If I wanted to buy generic Chinese products, I would honestly rather order them directly from China than deal with a company that treats customers this way.
I will never buy from Euroselle again, and I strongly recommend that others think twice before giving this company their money.
A company should not be allowed to cancel a customer's confirmed order simply because it later decides it can sell the same product for a much higher price. Absolutely unacceptable.

The glasses look nice and feel fairly comfortable for everyday use. The frame has a clean finish, which I liked. Delivery took a little longer than expected, but the glasses arrived in good condition. The packaging was simple but provided enough protection.
