Then return the cable order the new one at the reduced price to make up the full cost plus was given a Black Friday discount with in 24 hours we had sent the short cable back and we received the longer cable back.

Would have been 5* but carrier delay. Advised out for delivery but did not do so until next day.

I have paid extra for next day delivery but after several days my item wasn't even shipped. Stay as far as possible from these people.
Now they blame Black Friday and couriers, however as per provided tracking number my item never left their warehouse. Total clowns with childish excuses.

After buying a Wottz Granny charger and being extremely pleased with the product and the super quick delivery, I then upgraded to a Wottz 32amp portable charger and once again I was very pleased with the top quality product and the quick delivery.

I needed a replacement three pin charger and a web search gave a few limited options.
It was nice to come across this UK based business with a very helpful and well presented website, the ordering process was straightforward.
The communication was excellent ( I'd made an error on my e-mail ) this was checked and also my purchase was checked to see that I had ordered the correct cable.
Even though it's clearly stated regarding next day delivery terms and conditions my cable still arrived on a Saturday this was impressive, including the couriers communication and ability to track it's progress
Oh and just to say the item was well protected and it's quality replacement

I bought a charger for a Mistubishi Outlander 6 months ago which arrived promptly. From the beginning it didn't work consistently and often needed swithcing on and off several times before it charged. Two weeks ago it stopped working altogether. I sent a detailed account of my problems to ev-extras 10 days ago, and a reminder 3 days ago, but have had not response.@

EV Extras supplied me with a 15m cable for my x5 50e. The order process and prices were great.

DHL struggled to deliver to my house due to it being a new postcode, so I had to collect the order from their depot but EV extras were very helpful on the phone and supportive with resolving the issue with DHL.

I will definitely use again.

Bought my first EV car and trying to work out which cable to get as my Polestar 2 is only charging at 3.6kw. I didn't understand why, emailed these guys asking for advice on which cable, I have been dealing with Emma, she has been thorough and an amazing help informing me about which cable to get and that mine is possibly a 16amp and would need a 32 amp to charge a bit quicker. Gave me a few different options and explained them all. It refreshing to have a company help you out even before buying a product from them. So think im going to go with one of the cables Emma recommended. Thanks for all your help.
