If only all companies perform as well as EV Extras.
Had an issue with a UK 3 pin portable charger not working and showing red flashing lights and as it was just out of warranty I didn't expect that there would be much that EV Extras could do to help but I phoned them anyway to try and find out what the fault was.
The customer service representative was surprised to hear that my unit had failed and informed me that they would give me a free replacement and that it would be delivered free next day and to send the faulty one back for testing.
This was not what I was expecting!
Exceptional customer service from a company that clearly has pride in providing a first class service.

EV Extras have been fantastic! My first order was lost in transit, but they immediately sorted it out and sent me a replacement even before the missing charger was returned. When the order arrived, I realised I’d chosen the wrong item by mistake. Once again, the exchange was handled quickly and with no hassle—they even dispatched the correct one before receiving my return. Absolutely brilliant service, they truly go above and beyond. Fabulous communication! I received a quick text message the morning after I ordered to confirm I was ordering the correct charger (the type 1 I needed is less common). After I lost my original charging cable for my new e-berlingo I was at a loss what to do as I was on holiday, I ordered one through EV Extras and arranged to have it delivered to the reception at the holiday park and was sorted for the following day. Quick efficient and reasonably priced.

Ordered an 3 pin 7 meter EV charging lead confirmed with them that the amps on the lead were limited to 10 amps prior to purchase to protect the sockets and my installation. Great service and fantastic feedback back after asking any questions the lead came very securely packaged works great and is very durable very happy parcel left got updates to ensure I was aware overall great service quick efficient and no issues at all
