Excellent customer service
I would like to say a huge thank you to Louis at Evans Halshaw Leasing for all his help and support throughout my order process.
Even though there were delays outside of his control, Louis remained professional, polite, understanding and always kept me updated promptly. He responded quickly to my emails, explained everything clearly, and genuinely tried to help during what was a stressful situation for me and my family while we were without a car.
Excellent customer service is hard to find nowadays, but Louis showed real care, patience and professionalism from start to finish. I truly appreciate all his support and would highly recommend both Louis and Evans Halshaw Leasing.
Thank you again, Louis.
