do NOT use Evedo. You can reschedule London Eye 30 min before your visit, however, thought Evendo you do NOT have that option, you are locked. Even if the weather is that bad, you still cannot re-schedule. They charge you also extra! STAY AWAY!

If there is a negative star, thats what i would give them. DONT BOOK through this booking site. I booked for a hotel stay, and they gave me receipts/voucher and told me the expected amount to pay at the hotel. I tried to reach out to their customer support to verify and clarify this because they dont match up. i even booked my stay a week before so if problems like this arise, i can still figure it out. but unfortunately they only got back to me once and replied to me that they'll look into it and then they havent got back to me up until i had my booked hotel stay. And so there I was, stunned by the unexpected hotel fee that even exceeded the unmatch voucher vs the expected to pay fee that evendo told me. I've never experience something like this, unfortunately I checked in late and so, I dont have any other choice but to take it and pay for it. Please be aware of this website. Hopefully nobody experiences the way I've had so stay out of this booking site.

Bought concerts tickets, easy and low comission. Talked to the support before my first purchase and they were very helpful so Im satisfied.

They had good reviews when I checked. I ordered some tickets online and was able to use them with no problem. A while later I got home and saw that they charged me twice so I looked for a customer service number. It said London smh. So I had to get all my money off and cancel my card. Ugh ! I wish USA would put a stop to this! There is no way good reviews should be popping up and these are criminals. What the heck are the cyber security folks doing ? They need to help us .

I booked through Evendo, “BOAT ALSACE Visit Strasbourg in a private boat + Captain”. Without any explanation, 2 days before, I was told it was cancelled. Just like that, the 6 of us were left hanging. Very disappointed and will never use them again!!!!

Owe me money for 8 month after the cancellation of Okean Elzy's performance. Are completely ignoring all the messages.
