I had my doubts in the company when I bought tickets for the NFL game in Berlin if they would arrive as I saw this is a new firm, they didn't have many reviews and it all to some degree looked a little sketchy. However the tickets arrived days before the event through email without problems and their support through mail helped make me feel safe during the process.

I can very much advice others to trust this site as the prices are very good and it all went smooth and I had no negative points to mention and I had a great time at the game.

DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE. A new law from 5/25 requires ticket websites to show all fees included on the price of the event. The only that can be applied is tax.

I saw 4 tickets I wanted to buy. I've been checking out these seats for the past 2 months on other websites. The one website I usually use had an error every time I tried to buy the tickets and the website rep said there was nothing they could do. So I went shopping elsewhere and wound up on Events365. I saw a price just a little higher than the other website so decided to buy from this new website. When I got to the final page I saw the total price reflected the total of the 4 tickets. I then had to enter my personal information and credit card.

After that I hit the buy button, after making sure of the total I saw. The next page that popped said the order was placed, but it did not mention how much I paid.

I got an email and the email's price per ticket were about $100 per ticket higher. This could not be tax because the tax line said $0 before I hit the buy button.

I contacted the website. First person said he would have someone get back to me. Since then 3 phone calls and 3 emails with no response. They play games on the phone, never giving a reason and then the become rude.

I did some research and discovered the website will show one price, but after you enter all the information and refresh the page the price of the tickets go up, charging fees, which that cannot do anymore.

STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM THIS WEBSITE. THEY TRICK PEOPLE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE.

They are part of a company called Ticket Evolution. I believe Ticket Evolution runs the website.

I spent £320/$400 on tickets to a Paul McCartney concert in Manchester in Dec 2024. They took the money and left me with a page that said the tickets had been taken by someone else. I told them and they said they had sent a link to the tickets. I had no link no email to confirm etc. They do have customer service etc, but refused to believe it was their fault.
I'VE BEEN CONNED PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
