I order one seat cushion and when I went to confirm a second cushion to buy popped up and I thought I was confirming my first cushion. Somehow, I accidentally confirmed the purchase of a second cushion which I did not want. I wrote immediately to the company explaining what happened and they never responded. The next day, having had enough time to cancel my order, they wrote and said they were shipping out both cushions. I will return both upon receipt at this point but concerned they won 't give me a refund...especially based on what I'm reading from another unhappy customer.

Product received was not what was advertised. I am requesting a full refund. So far, they have offered me a 30% refund, then a 50% refund, now a 70% refund. The website showed a well molded cushion with an upright back. What I received was a cushion that does not stand upright, is flimsy, the back portion is considerably shorter than the product pictured. Do not purchase!
