He was very helpful in making my change and made me an offer to pay in full my outstanding balance less some money I owe. I was so very thankful I was able to do this at this time and glad Derek was helpful and I was able to get this outstanding balance taken care of!

I am in financial difficulty and am generally avoiding bill collectors out of fear. Derek talked to me like a human with worth in everything he said, and it motivated me to not only talk to him but to set up a payment arrangement on an old bill.
