I can’t recommend Everest Paints highly enough. My paint arrived with a damaged tin, but I genuinely don’t think this was their fault—it looked like it had been damaged during delivery by the courier.

As soon as I contacted their customer service team, they responded quickly, kept me updated throughout, and resolved the issue without any hassle. It’s easy to judge a company when something goes wrong, but what really matters is how they deal with it, and they were excellent.

The customer service was friendly, professional and efficient, and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. Thank you for sorting everything out so quickly.

Have tried calling their phone number numerous times, on different days of the week across several weeks to ask a question about their products and they never answer the phone. Emails are unanswered and they don't respond to the IM chatbot. I dread to think how bad communications would be if you had a problem with one of their products.

Can't get any colour samples, or even before and after photos. You just have to spend fifty quid on a tin of paint going by the tiny colour chart on their website. Had to go elsewhere.

Ordered from EverestPaints and was genuinely impressed. The paint quality is top-notch—goes on smooth, great coverage, and durable finish. Delivery was quick, and the customer service team was helpful and responsive. Will definitely be ordering again for my next project

For months I've been trying to ontain a colour chart and/or samples of Everest Paint for outside render. I contacted their only retail supplier in Nottingham (3 hours from my home location) who told me they don't send out colour charts or samples and just told me to look at the on-line photo chart - which most people acknowledge rarely provides an accurate example of colour in-situ.
I tried phoning Everest directly many times which was always on answerphone mode and left messages asking them to phone me and have also emailed them several times (emails kept)- again no response.
I have now given up with trying to buy their paint and despite being told by my builder that Everest paint for outside render is the best I will have to buy another manufacturer's product.
