Great value. In business longer than most other solar companies. They know their stuff. Good support. Understand older roofs for solar bracket systems. Good technical support after installation. We have gone from expensive electricity bills to pretty much zero. Doesn't get better than that.

From our very first enquiry Evergreen have been brilliant, Graham who came to the house to discuss the system was really knowledgeable and definitely didn't over sell.We were really happy to proceed as the product and the price were excellent.The install team arrived on the day agreed bright and early,scaffolding up, panels front and rear fitted and scaffolding down in appox 3 hours, they also delivered the inverter and batteries. Two days later the electrician arrived on the arranged day and time, his work was absolutely brilliant, everything is really tidy and he was really good at showing us how to use the app.All the staff that have worked on our installation have been friendly, polite and very hard working, we found the whole experience stress free from start to finish

No hard sell gave me plenty of time to think actually about 3 months and a soon as I decided it was fittted with in a week and all done in one day and now my energy bill has gone from£12 per day to less than £2 per day really glad I went with solar

Redeemed a five star due to the quality of the installation.
The first crew who mounted the panels were very professional and courteous, apologies for forgetting their names but they are a credit to your company. (one has only been with you a short time and the other a French lad).
The electrician Ryan was equally as good, mounting our batteries and inverter exactly where we wanted them, he took the time to explain things step by step.
After both visits they left our garden as they found it cleaning away any mess made.
I did very nearly cancel the installation when someone at the office called me treating me like some sort of idiot, I called the salesman George who quickly sorted things out. We also had an issue where a female from the office called and booked in the full installation for Thurs 5th, while waiting on 5th I had a call from a male asking to book in my installation. When I explained were waiting in for them, he quickly apologised and booked in for the next day.
At this point I would have rated my experience as one possibly two stars at max.
All credit must go to the boys doing the actual installation, taking this from poor to excellent.

I have taken 21 quotes for my solar installation from different companies. After 2-3 consultation, I got a clear idea about my power generation system and battery storage. Some of them tried to gimmick me with lower system and storage at higher price.

The consultant from Evergreen power was straight forward with the system to meet my needs for energy, at very reasonable price with fast installation.

Both field and office staffs are friendly and approachable, and more over the system works wonders for me. Thank you team Evergreen Power.

Where to start! I was told Thursday 29th January for installation and the day before was told this was impossible. I insisted that 29th was the date I'd been given and an electrician arrived to install the Inverter and the battery. When the inverter didn't work I was told it was because the broadband didn't work in the garage and that I needed to get an extender. An extender didn't work. I suggested that the wall could be insulated and that no signal was going to work. I called Evergreen and got nowhere. EE and my electrician suggested a cable be run from the Hub, around the outside of the house and in to the garage. We now have a good signal but still the Solis inverter doesn't work because there is a fault in the appliance. Solis are said to have despatched a replacement dongle. This is now the seventh week after installation and I still can't use the Solis App to access cheaper rate electricity etc.
When the sales visit was made the status of the wall/insulation should have been discussed because I am sure this isn't the first instance of the broadband problem.
Billy did a good installation but everything went downhill from that time. I was told that someone could come out but the cost would be £200. When the fault is mine I will pay - but this installation was very far from perfect. It has felt a bit like 'hit and run'.

The installation took about 4 hours. The installer was great. However due to some breakdown in communication between the sales team and the installation team we did not quite get the system we had agreed on. Now every company occasionally slips up and it’s when this happens that you find out if they are a good or bad company.
We reported the problem late on the Friday it was installed, just as they were closing down for the weekend. Evergreen got an installer to us on the Monday and it took him another hour to correct the installation. Now I take this as a sign of a good company. They get a problem and they sort it quickly and efficiently with no quibbling. It gives me the confidence to recommend them to others.
The price was also excellent. The system is up and running perfectly.

Good discussion and speedy fitting. Panels were fitted while i was at work then Liam the electrician came afterwards. Liam was very polite, friendly and talked me through everything.

I found evergreen to be very professional helpful and meeting my needs of understanding on all aspects of getting solar panels they were able to come out in one day's notice and they completed the job in six hours very pleased very clean very tiny professional and everyone from the office staff to the salesperson to the people doing the work on the roof thank you so much.
