Product short on diamonds 3/4 way complete, for 6.99 the company has spent over a month negotiating with me with complete disregard for my time spent installing all of the diamonds on this art, I am beyond upset will not buy another product from this company after buying no less than 25 pieces from them. Their customer service simply sucks

I purchased a box of bananas that was advertised In store for $3. On my receipt I was charged $12. I told the cashier but she said that I purchased ‘the good bananas’ & they were $12. Next, I told the manager that I had dug the box out out of the $3 section. We walked to the 4 separate areas where bananas were stacked. All four signs advertised bananas for $3 per box. There was no $12 sign. Regardless of there not being a $12 sign, the manager told me that the bananas I had purchased were $12. I told her that I should be charged the advertised price. She told me that I could return them. I decided to take them. I left 2 messages for the owner of the store. Today was the third week I had not received a return call. I spoke to one of the new owners (since Sept 2021) named Rex. I told him the above story. He said that it didn’t matter that there was no $12 sign & was not interested in giving me a $9 credit for the bananas. I told him that I had purchased over $1000 of groceries in the past year from Everyday Deals. Then he hanged up on me. This indicates to me how little Rex values a customer that he would cut communication in such a hostile way. Apart from that, it is a very poor business decision that will cost him & his co-owners over $1000 of my business each year.

I love the products this company puts out there diamond paintings are awesome but when they get delivered to the wrong address after I spent alot of money that is upsetting. I have emailed they have responded but I am now waiting on a response for whether I will get a refund or not.

Köpte en projektor för barn, för att rita av bilder. Såg väldigt fin ut i reklamen men produkten som kom var helt omöjlig att använda. Bilden är så suddig att projektorn är helt oanvändbar. Skickade in en reklamation den 26:e december och har idag 13 januari fortfarande inte fått något svar. Provat att skicka ett påminnelsemail idag, får väl se om de känner för att svara den här gången..

Never have a problem with this company, unlike some others out there.

I love this place. It takes a while to get the orders but they are so much less expensive. I have not had any problems with buying from them.

I ordered stuff and it was shipped in March I have not received it very poor service my order was over $150 and I can’t get through to anybody to find my package I don’t ever plan on ordering from them againPlease either find my stuff or give me my refund of $167

Dei due diamond painting che ho ordinato uno aveva la colla secca, certe zone del disegno non appiccicavano più e ho dovuto usare il biadesivo, l’altro aveva due colori e sono riusciti a sbagliarne uno. Nello specifico, dovevano esserci i diamonds light in the dark ma i miei erano grigi e non bianchi. Nonostante le foto che dimostravano il loro errore volevano farmi passare per cretina spiegandomi con strafottenza che per vederli brillare al buio dovevo metterli sotto una luce. E per avere questa perla di saggezza ho scritto una cosa come 20/30 mail prima di ricevere risposta. Ho fatto video, foto, spiegato ogni mail cosa mi mancava, ho chiesto la spedizione dei diamonds corretti, che mi sembrava la soluzione più semplice, ma loro pretendono che, a mie spese, io rimandi tutto in Cina...per poi aspettare quello giusto. Dopo i miei rifiuti ora non rispondono più...🤷🏼‍♀️. Sconsigliato sia per la qualità delle tele che per la professionalità.

I have used this company a few times. At first it was really good. But I after the last order in august, I am so disappointed. It did not arrive som I sent them an email and the only answeared once.. I have sent more emails and they don’t answer. It’s so disappointing.. And really bad customer service..

I have used this company for months and have ordered hundreds of diamond art kits from them and never once had a problem with them a few didn’t come out great but that’s the picture as I’ve had some bad ones from other places to 99.9% of ones ordered from here have been fantastic I’ve ordered another 12 and I have highly recommended them to all my friends and they are a great value for money

Money stealing. I ordered 9 sets only received 2 contacted them really not interested did a dispute with PayPal,but I lost that aswell. £60.00 for 2 kits what a joke everydaydeals are con artists stay away from them at all costs.

Spent 35$ and never received my items. They said it was delivered. I didn’t want a refund just the items and they pretty much said and did nothing. Most places sent an email to let you know when items arrive. They must not do that. Waste of money

Ordered 1 kit to try before ordering a large quantity of kits for my company. I waited 7 weeks no kit. Then the emails back and forth started. At first they would take days to answers, always with the answer its on its way. More waiting, more emails. First I got told I had to wait 60 days from order, then it was I had to wait another 2 weeks after they agreed to refund because the tracking on said it was in the USA. More emails. Feed up I left a negative review on thier facebook. Suddenly they not only answered emails with in hours they now refuse to give a refund at all for the review and deleted the review so that at first glance you think its a decent company. It is not. I lost about $9. What they lost was many many large orders for kits from several non profit groups now. Save your money and just order from Amazon

I ordered 3 separate items from this company and have not received any of them. They hide who you are buying from until you pay. Ordered shorts last summer, women cashmere sweats for Christmas present and phone charger. None of them came. Don't order from these crocks!!

Would do zero stars if I could. Ordered something on the 15th of December and dout ill ever see it. Then they have the audacity to send me an email asking for a review! So here's your review. ZERO STARS

The worst company I've ever dealt with and I've dealt with a lot! Everyday Deals provided a tracking number supposedly for FedEx that the FedEx system does NOT recognize! And because the FedEx system does not recognize it, I can NOT speak to a live agent without a valid tracking number! So effen frustrating!!! I've been emailing Everyday Deals for several weeks trying to explain to them that the tracking information claims my items were delivered and we never received anything?! At first they were extremely insistent that the items were still in transit, regardless that the tracking information said it had already been delivered!! Now, their responses have turned argumentative and they claim we have received the order.....! They don't care and barely understand english to begin with, I guess I shouldn't be so surprised as all this stuff comes from china! One thing for sure, I'm going to destroy their reputation in any way I possible can because this has been a total nightmare! If I could submit this review with no stars, I most definitely would! DO NOT BUY FROM EVERYDAY DEALS!

Shipping - The canvas does not come rolled in a box. It comes folded and smashed into a small rectangular bubble mailer. When you take the canvas out their are lots of wrinkles. I was able to put replacement paper on the canvas and iron out the wrinkles( that is the only reason this is not a con. The second canvas i bought from this site was larger and mailed in the same way but the replacement paper will not stick which means neither will the diamonds and the creases will not iron out.) Leading to the cons.

Cons:
Terrible customer service! 2 weeks of an email chain with pictures of the issues and the best they can do is to offer me a $4 coupon.
The diamond are not flat and won't stay on the canvas
The colors are odd. There are only 2 blacks, 1 white, and 5 browns for this owl picture ( the rest of the 23 different colors are shades of purple and pink and include a bright coral)
