I can not be any more thankful for the excellent service provided by Everyone.org. They helped me and my family navigate complex logistics across multiple countries. Luigi was especially critical in making sure the logistics were flawless. He called and checked on me on a daily basis. He considered all details from potential strikes to customs. It felt like I was working with a family member.

A close relative of mine has an urgent health condition that requires a specialized medicine not available in my country. Because sourcing medicine from Europe was not possible for my local providers, I reached out to the Everyone.org team. And from the very start to finish, the process has been mind-blowing: clear, swift, minimal legal work, and customer-friendly.

I created an order on Sunday, the next working day, Medicine Access Expert reached out to me, provided all the details, and responded to all my questions in a matter of minutes, incredible responsiveness.

Once all payments and data collection were complete, the sourcing manager reached out to inform that the medicine would be available within 7 business days. When I indicated that the situation is urgent and that we can't wait that long, an urgent case was created, and the meds were available within 2 business days. The entire process, from the initial outreach to legal work, delivery, and medicine collection from the local pharmacy, took 1.5 weeks, which is an absolutely mind-blowing speed.

Luigi at everyone.org went above and beyond to get me my medicine when EU and US regulations were being improperly imposed by export/import authorities. He was WhatsApp-ing me regularly to keep me updated, offering clear suggestions for ways I could help get the package released, and working on his end to smooth the process. This was excellent logistics management and great troubleshooting.

The experience of getting our shipment through the FDA and customs was anything but great. It was a struggle but Luigi was in constant contact and supported us through the entire process. I have been ordering a medication for quite some time that is normally unavailable in the US except through things like ongoing clinical trials. Recently Everyone.org needed to use an alternate method of maintaining access to the medication for me in my situation. Despite the additional burden on them they were able to do this and their staff has always been helpful and kind to me.

Their extra work on this prompted me to do this review and hopefully this review can encourage anyone with a good reason to need their services to utilize them for medication access.

The medicine we required is not available in South Africa, so we were able to source it via Everyone.org. The sourcing, ordering and shipping process was flawless. We were updated constantly by the best asset in Everyone.org, namely Luigi Apostolico (Logistics Manager Amsterdam). I only ever dealt with Luigi. The bottle neck occurred when the medicine arrived in South Africa. Unfortunately, we were not prepared for the red tape and customs / medical controls required by our country. It is incredibly difficult to import Section 21A medicine without the correct permits. To this end, Luigi supplied us with all the necessary documents to process the import via SAHPRA. Everyone.org should be aware that sending medicine to South Africa is complicated, to say the least. Anyway, as the saying goes, all's well that ends well, and after 85 days I have finally received my meds. People as good as Luigi are hard to come by these days, and whatever he is being paid, in my opinion, he should be paid double. He is a wonderful human being. He kept in constant contact via WhatsApp, email and calls and for the duration of this ordeal, he was our only hope. We were looking for the medicine Ohtuvayre, which is currently only available in the USA. Finding sources in Europe was challenging, as the medicine is not yet approved by the EMA.

The communication between us and the team from company was very organized. Before making the payment, I was in contact with the medicine access expert Salsa, who was providing clear answers to all my emails very quickly and was always available for a call whenever I needed.

Once the payment was complete, I was in contact with logistics manager Luigi. He was highly helpful, ensuring we would receive the medicine as soon as possible. He was providing daily updates during the shipping process.
