scam people they r sent a useless robot instead of cozmo

Scammers. Ordered Cosmo got really cheap crap and they won't refund it. Should have know better

This is wrong. Ordered the Cozmo robot and got a Coco too. Do not buy from this site. I'm not even trying to get a refund and pay for shipping back to China, money time and energy waste.

Karma will get you everyonedays.

I ordered Cozmo, an AI robot with games, API and a big range of emotions.
I got sent Coco... a robot without mecanics other than one button for speaking (and only in japanese)
It was no near the same robot, not colour, not mechanics, not price range..
They said that the experience would be the same, which of course was a blatant lie.
Everyonedays wanted me to sent it back, for my own money, but since the shipping would be more expensive than Coco, I told them to send Cozmo first..

They are liars.. through and through.. it's scam.. please don't fall into this trap!

4th mail:
We are sorry for that the item of you ordered has been sold out,so we sent the this style for you to avoid you to waiting for a long time.And this kind of product won't affect your use experience.Sorry for your inconvenience.

Ordered a robot for my other half waited for it to arrive when it did finally arrive they sent 2 plastic cheap and nasty things nothing like I had ordered I've emailed several times to complain but no answers to email it's disgusting they need to be dealt with as it's false advertising and the description of the product you get is nothing like the one you receive talk trades description.
I will never use this shoddy company again

Do not buy from this company.
I've bought 2 items from them.
Neither product was what they claimed and no way to get a refund.
Total garbage.

Complete scam. No response to correct. I honestly can't believe they are still in business!

Ordered a stormtrooper armour. Looked good in the commercial- got a sad wrong sized children outfit with a very small mask.

Stay away at all cost! This is fraud!

Ordered an Intelligent Robot, Cozmo, and got a toy which do nothing, COCO!?

I too got sucked into buying a robot through Facebook. I emailed Everyonedays and got the same reply as everyone else. However, I did actually return the item back to China and it is currently in the air as I type this. It costs less than £20 to ship it back and I'd rather the courier company got my money than these scam artists.

But...

The courier company needs a phone number to complete the delivery and Everyonedays are now ignoring my emails now that they know I am prepared to return the item. The item may possibly be returned to me without the number.

I have contacted my credit card company and they have told me that they will send out a dispute form and they will fight the issue on my behalf and refund the money to me.

I don't care about the money. It can go to charity. I just don't want Everyonedays to get it and I want them to know that not everyone will let it go.

Your mileage may vary, but give it a go.

Dont buy from them it is all scam, i ordered cozmo but get a coco that cant do anything.

Seriously i could have read the reviews before ordering. I wonder why authorities does not take any legal action against them? I ordered Cosmo intelligent robot, instead received a Cheap toy robot not even worth $5.. they are a complete cheat absolute fraud.

One big cheat, I bought COZMO, I got some COCO.

Ich habe dort ein cozmo Roboter bestellt und ich habe Schrott China Stoff bekommen. Sie bieten an das Geld zurück zu zahlen wenn man es zurück schickt. Klar das man das nicht macht wenn man am Ende noch draufzahlt.

DO NOT TO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THEY WILL SHIP YOU THE WRONG THING AND IF YOU WANT A REFUND THEY WILL EITHER DENY IT OR ASK YOU TO SEND IT BACK - TO CHINA!
