I have used Everything Genetic more than once because they are reliable, with their services straight forward and their customer care is great.

Excellent communication and service. I have used Everything Genetic several times and they have always provided me with test results on time. They also responded quickly when I was abroad and needed information; they called back within an hour. I am very pleased with their organisation, customer care and service.

We have used Everything Genetic for both pre-travel and day 2 testing on several occasions. The test kits have always arrived a few days after ordering. Recently, phone calls have been received to check that the kits have arrived. Submission of the test using the app is relatively straightforward providing that you have already taken your photographs and have the required details ready. The verified results were received within an hour. Good support from customer service team.

Excellent service, very responsive and easy to do business with. Service throughout our Fit to Fly tests for USA was impressive. We had a small problem with our testing the day before flight departure and Tapis from customer services resolved it quickly, efficiently and provided us with great attention to ensure the issue was resolved. Highly recommended and I will be using them again on a family trip later this year.

Everything ran smooth except when it came from uploading photo from the website camera. The photos that it takes are very blurry, so it rejects the pictures. But managed to get sorted out from a very lovely lady called tapis. Thank you tapis so very much. But please get your website camera sorted.

Great customer service! received the codes for locator form immediately after purchase. Unfortunately,after purchase I realised that these won't get in time for testing. Communication with them was prompt ,rapid and efficient .

The LFT was dispatched on time and arrived on expected day. After sending a photo of the test a certificate arrived after 5 min on my email. The certificate was honored by the customs officers on Polish border. Without any problems they let me in and I didn't have to have quarantine.

I have ordered multiple COVID-19 tests from Everything Genetics and all times my test kits arrived on time and results were provided in a timely manner. I recently had an issue where I purchased a test that I did not need, I relayed the issue to them and my issue was resolved and money refunded.

I will recommend using everything genetics for your COVID-19 PCR test kits and results.

i have used this company a number of times now and i am very pleased with how easy it is to do the test and upload all the relevent information - i will use them any time i need to do the PCR or the lateral flow tests in the future

the fit to fly test certificate took less than 15 minutes to be e mailed to me

The customer service is second to none. Called me the day after I ordered to ensure all is ok and to let me know when to expect the test kit. I requested a follow up call after the weekend to check if I still needed to use the test due to changes in travel restrictions and customer care again called me, as agreed, and explained my options for the kit.

Scew up with keyboard meant a spelling mistake in my name, the friendly customer service sorted this out pdq 😁, only down side to everything genetic website, is for people LEAVING UK, the questions are ALL BIASED WRONGLY.
This needs sorting out especially for non internet people.
