My initial experience was very poor due to the failures of customer service. I have now given a much better review following the intervention of Hector from Everything Jazz who saw that review and responded, sorting out my issue to my satisfaction. I would still recommend that Everything Jazz improves their customer service to avoid the need to monitor review sites to pick up customer dissatisfaction.

Incapable d'expédier la moindre commande à la date annoncée. Délais systématiques, aucune compensation. Fiabilité zéro donc.

I was nearly put off by the bad reviews here but decided to have a go as the sale offers were too good. I have to say I was very happy with the service and what I received. Only took 3 days to arrive and over the Xmas holiday as well. Not taking anything away from the people who have had bad experiences here, but I'm guessing there are also a lot of happy customers out there like me as well. I'll order again.

Cancelled my order after three months (wouldn’t have if I didn’t complain) and then didn’t refund the shipping fee of the item that wasn’t shipped. Stick to Amazon rather than get ripped off.

Zero rating for the shopping experience ! This website seems to be having issues to ship any order. I have ordered 6 records from the onlinestore, promised to be shipped out in a week's time. There's NO progress at all after waiting for a week, upon lodging a ticket, I was auto replied with
" I apologize for the delay. Please allow 3 business days for us to contact you regarding this inquiry. ..."

I'd suggest everyone to stay away from this online webstore. Compared with Amazon and iMusic, they genuinely treat their customers with care !

After waiting for 21 days, the parcel was delivered safe and sound ! Packaging is very good with the thick mailer box ! The caveat is lengthy wait

Beware, if you order from them don’t expect it to be sent to you! Their website showed that the item was in stock but when I ordered it wasn’t available and now the rest of my order hasn’t been shipped because of this. Dreadful experience - avoid!
