Tom and Suzette had to deal with a complex chain involving a change to our buyers Deed. They kept us informed throughout and were a pleasure to deal with. Evolve were recommended by our agent as all of the feedback they had received from other buyers and sellers was excellent.

For anyone needing a solicitor who truly goes above and beyond, I can't recommend Evolve Law enough. This was our second time working with Elaine in 18 months, and she did a fantastic job once again. Buying a home in Letchworth can be tricky due to the extra regulations from the Heritage Foundation, but Elaine navigated this brilliantly on our behalf – again! Her communication was great, she was so lovely and cheery to work with, and her attention to detail really stood out. We did all of this while I was heavily pregnant, and Elaine overcame any bumps in the road calmly and quickly, ensuring we moved before the baby arrived.

I also want to mention Amber, who supported Elaine and was excellent. Amber was absolutely on top of everything, incredibly responsive, and a real pleasure to deal with.
