Had a great experience with this company I love my bike i got a evoque VQ 125R im so happy with my purchase its a really good bike and im beyond excited to ride the trails sending my thanks for evoque for going all out for me even delivered my bike right to my door step and unloaded the bike for me thank you so much for those who are suspicious of sites online have no fear this place is 100% legit and they will send out your purchase so dont worry ut will be okay and besides I highly reccomend going here for whatever you need they will have your back thanks again evoque also awesome customer service !

My experience with Evoque was great I purchased a 150cc dirt bike and it was easy, although I haven't received the bike yet do to my location and weather, purchasing the bike was easy and a few days later I received that the bike was shipped.

Contacted envoque about a vrx 125cc quad. Responded by phone to my email within 5 minutes. I didn't quite have all the money they were asking for but they still sold me the quad. Looks amazing, test drove it at the store and runs great, nice sound to the motor, exhaust looks good. Very nice looking quads and a perfect starter for my son. Went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. Remote start, key fob, the nicest led headlights of any 125cc quad I've seen. Can't find another quad for that price thats as nice as these ones are. Very Very happy.

Missing part cluster display and seller ask more $ for shipping after the transaction.

The best experience from start to finish. I walked into the store and was greeted right away. The store had many bikes assembled to view and try out. Keith walked me through everything I needed to know about the Evoque E-Tron Motorcycle Style E Bike. Hassle free purchase including helmet and delivery. First time rider and it was SUPER easy! Love everything about the bike, Keith and Evoque.

I didn't buy a bike yet, I've been contacting them for a while now and am not getting any responses to the emails. While Emmo responded to my email next day and answered all my questions. I guess am going to get Emmo GTS.

Purchased the VQ-250RL dirt bike. Got it shipped from Ontario to Nova Scotia. It came in a box with the front wheel, handle bars and front light detached. The assembly wasn’t too bad, there is a very helpful Youtube video that goes through the whole process. Im currently going through the “break-in” period and it feels like the engine is getting better.
The Evoque support team is responsive and helpful. But you have to realize that they are a dealer in Ontario and my bike was made in China and most likely I’m the only one in my area with that model.
If you are handy and have friends who can help, it’s a great budget option for beginners. So far so good.

I bought the Evoque Atom with a 60V 26AH removable lithium battery. Everything has been great so far. I'm writing this review after personally using the product and I'm really satisfied with it.

I bought the Evoque Stinger Scooter from their Brampton store last week. With the weather getting better, I’ve been having a lot of fun riding it. My child also enjoys going for rides on it. I’m really loving the experience and want to thank the Evoque team for this amazing product.

Before I even bought anything online the service I received through e-mail was prompt, professional and they answered all my questions. Being from New Brunswick I figured shipping would be slow. I had my bike in 3 days. Upon complete assembly and inspection there was absolutely no damage. Been riding the bike daily and have absolutely no problems. Best reliable budget friendly bike I have ever seen and me and my buddies tried alot of different brands !

The employees that were working that day thought we couldn’t understand their language. Unfortunately for them we do understand swear words and we knew they were talking shit about us the entire time. We just chose not to say anything. Also, they know nothing about how to properly strap and secure a bike on a truck bed. We immediately pulled over after they loaded the bike for us and re adjusted EVERYTHING because they did not know what the hell they were doing.

Products arrived perfect, but took longer than advertised

Believe the customer when there is something wrong with there bike, and fix it instead saying I was wasting there time, because they said screen was working which it was not.
Honor there warranty which they didn't.
Made customer fix own bike under warranty by sending customer part to fix there own bike and now there is something wrong with the new screen, then ask to remove the bad review from there site.
Made customer pay for delivery to get bike back wouldn't deliver, but later refunded after posted bad review.
Warranty never Honored it.
Customer Service is terrible terrible terrible.
