This is my second review in a month, I can’t believe how many of my items have gone missing ?? Now I can’t order parcels from certain companies if it’s ever because they never arrive I think the Weybridge area needs to be investigated in Surrey as somebody is clearly stealing the parcels . Coats gifts ordered never arrived .truly shocking company how can this company get away with so many items going missing or being taken ??? Avoid Evry at all costs

Today was different, my parcel was delivered 3 days before the date that the shop set it up.

The couriers are thieves
The couriers can't read addresses keep delivering to the wrong address.they throw people partials along the balconies without even knocking on the door my parcels keep going missing. And they tell me they had been lost. Obviously they're being stolen by the couriers.

Evry are one of the worst delivery companies I have ever dealt with. When at all possible I will force a seller to change before I purchase from them.
Every single item is late and the tracking always always stops and won’t update. Customer service is appalling and they use the very same excuses every single time creating frustration.
I really genuinely wish this company would go bankrupt and management put in prison for fraud.

Worst delivery company ever!
Evri once again proved they’re a complete disaster. My parcel was supposed to arrive on 23 October, but I only got it on the 25th. Because of this useless delay, I couldn’t fix my car and was left without it for two days.
The driver didn’t even bother to ring the bell — just threw the parcel at the door and disappeared like a coward. The box was torn and damaged, and funny enough, I had already received a message saying the parcel was “damaged in transit.” Two days later it came in the same broken box, like a joke.
Absolutely zero professionalism, zero respect, and zero responsibility. Every single time I deal with Evri, there’s a problem. It’s honestly shameful that eBay sellers still choose this awful company for deliveries.
If I could give zero stars, I would.

I have been told twice my parcel is waiting for collection and both times it’s not there . My parcel is obviously lost . Not happy at all .
Completely unable to change their practices
I feel that this company of every just doesn't take customer service seriously. Yet again a parcel has been left in a non-designated place which is actually a public hallway and there's definitely not the described safe place. I was actually at home at the doorbell was not rung and the delivery was delivery was left in a public hallway (with full access to the street). They do this every single time now so I've come to expect it. I can only review them by laboriously loading up the parcel number directly onto their app. They don't make it even make it easy for you to give feedback. They actually don't want feedback.
UPDATE:, On opening the package the item was badly damaged by the courier, and a refund has been issued

If I could give more than zero I would …..I keep ordering HelloFresh packages from three weeks and every time my package of £70 worth of food get dispose because apparently they damage it. But the people that live in the same house with me in order the same, they received the package. Apparently it’s just a thing for me… I tried to speak with the customer service multiple time I requested callbacks by they refuse to call me. They only answer by mail without any solution, just the same sentence over and over, copy and paste, is obvious that someone of their staff is stealing my package at this point, but they don’t wanna do anything about it, not even hear you out.

Lost my parcel to Bonmarche
Lost my parcel to Bonmarche, I've not received a refund as expected and no response from either Bonmarche or Evry. I won't be ordering from Bonmarche again as a result.
Absurdly incompetent
If I could give 0 or minus something I would. I use a couple of shops that use Evry and will now close my accounts with them. Last straw was yesterday when, after chasing a parcel I really needed for a trip for almost a week, I was told it was sent back to sender! I’d pay for “next day delivery”, what a joke! Parcel was “on the way” for 3-4 days until it wasn’t. Upon enquiry I was told I refused the package. Was supposed to have been delivered to a parcel shop. The sheer amount of mistakes in this one transaction..
