It’s not often I give a review but my recent experience with Exagym was next level brilliant. Tim really helped to provide me with great advice on the selection of equipment as I wasn’t certain what I chose was right. Tim then absolutely went of his way across a number of phone calls to help facilitate the delivery so that the items could remain a surprise as they are a gift. I can’t recommend any higher for great service. Thanks Guys!

I stuffed up my online order so I called Exagym @ Neutral Bay and Chris sorted everything for me including confirming that I was ordering what I really needed. He consulted my contact at Longevity to resolve this issue. He then arranged to deliver my order, and additionally was happy to exchange the dumbells I had ordered for a lighter set - and delivered them! I could not be more pleased with the service I have received from Chris at Exagym.

I am a bit of a nut when it comes to health and fitness and i have been purchasing gym equipment for personal use from Exagym for a few years now. Everything I have purchased from them I continue to use as they source and research only the best quality products at affordable prices. More importantly, they offer sound advice and help you make the right purchasing decision (advice that you cannot get by ordering online) and offer best in class installation and after sales service - they listen to your needs and go out of their way to help you. Their personal touch, advice, quality product offering and ancillary sales service are of real value. The store has a great vibe and the owners / brothers are always friendly. The only thing I can fault them on is being All Blacks Rugby Supporters (I am a Bok)…

Great team working at Exagym. Super helpful and friendly. I've bought quite a few home gym pieces from here over the years. Despite the myriad of online options, I still find myself coming back here for the equipment I need. The equipment is all top-notch quality ranging from racks and olympic bars, down to elastics and gloves.

They had exactly what I wanted, I ordered online and picked up the next day. Excellent communications. I will buy from them again for sure.
