My experience with excel haven’t been good at all. I was not given any feedback after sessions.. I had to chase everything all the time . My son wasn’t given enough time nor his work was corrected by teachers . It was a group sessions and only send your children if they are very independent as no guidance is provided..

my son stopped coming as he had wasted half hout playing game out of 2 hours of tutionwithout informing me. Also, work wasnt checked and i still have photos of the conversation we had. I got disappointed, and I stopped sending him. I again started hoping that my feedback would change something, but nothing changed, and no effort was made. Please do let me know when you have provided feedback to me without me asking for feedback?
Apologies that i have picked him up late on a few occasions. As I am a working parent and have got into something but still my mistake, but other than that no feedback. It isn't about progress in the beginning, i understand progress comes from consistency but consistent work and checking on work is required. I understand you have a larger group, but attention must be given to each student to make sure all are working in the group and not to individuals in the group. I have photos of work done in my son's class. i think support is provided on an individual basis?

Throughout your time with us, our teachers provided support and guidance during sessions in line with our teaching approach. We also made considerable efforts to accommodate repeated timetable changes, cancellations, and occasions where agreed collection arrangements were not adhered to.
Progress and continuity in any educational setting depend on regular attendance and consistent engagement. Unfortunately, frequent changes to scheduled sessions can impact the learning experience and make it more difficult to achieve the best outcomes.
We are proud of the support we provide to our students and the positive feedback we receive from many families. While we accept that our service may not be the right fit for everyone, we believe this review does not present a complete or accurate picture of the circumstances.
