I ordered first time from this store .. based on the good reviews I decided to purchase a Tommy puffer coat… once purchasing I realised that I entered an incorrect email address… my fault !!! So immediately emailed the store and asked for a copy of order and receipt to be emailed to the correct email address.. emailed me back and said sorry can’t do … bit shocked to say the least .. but sat back and just accepted the fact that my coat would be delivered as a surprise!! To date no coat .. thankgod I purchased it on my credit card .. so guys buy with caution!!!!!

Really nice atmosphere in this shop! Staff were very attentive and helped me find something suitable for my husband for his birthday. I tried on a couple of tops in the womenswear department and was really delighted when the staff member ‘went the extra mile’ and contacted the Bangor Excel clothing shop, to make sure I got the size I needed. Will definitely be back to do some Christmas shopping and highly recommend Excel clothing to others

Ordered my partner a new coat for Christmas. Coat apparently gets delivered whilst I was out, left in meter cupboard, wasn't there, contacted excel. They tell me it's with my neighbour, I know she's out the country... so it wasn't with her. 2 weeks later they tell me its been a confirmed delivery and that's it? But I haven't received the item and they couldn't care less about refunding me.

I certainly will never be shopping at Excel Clothing....using real fur to enhance Clothing...it is totally disgusting!!!!
