Looks attractive but not fit for purpose. The nib is scratchy and pulls at the paper.
A waste of money.

Really wish I’d seen these reviews before ordering. It took forever to arrive—from China. Then when it finally did, it did not work. It has not worked. Ever. I’m out $50, and have only a desk ornament to show for it.

Ich habe den Kalligraphie Füllfederhalter mit der austauschbaren Feder bestellt und auch bekommen. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass der Füllfederhalter von schlechter, billiger Qualität ist. Die Austauschfeder, mit der man angeblich so tolle kalligraphische Schriften erstellen kann, schreibt vollkommen kratzend und beschädigt das Papier. Um eine halbwegs breite Linie zu erzeugen - wie im Verkaufsvideo gezeigt - muss man schon einen erheblichen Druck ausüben.
Der angebliche Kundendienst reagiert nur nach wochenlangem Warten und dann auch nur mit leeren Floskeln und Vertröstungen und zum Schluß gar nicht mehr.

Cet avis a été modifié et je viens d'améliorer la note. J'avais une très mauvaise impression, car le stylo était en route depuis presque 1 mois.

Le support était absolument muet. Les informations de suivi étaient très floues. J'avais toutes les raisons de croire que je m'étais fait arnaquer.

Finalement, le stylo est arrivé hier. Des témoignages sur ce site disaient que le stylo plume ne fonctionnait pas. Je m'attendais donc à une nouvelle frustration en l'essayant. Mais bonne nouvelle, le stylo fonctionne, du moins en mode écriture normale. La plume soi-disant calligraphique n'exécute nullement les pleins ou les déliés promis. Ce n'est pas un stylo-plume exceptionnel, mais au moins, je peux m'en servir en mode normal. La plume n'accroche pas, elle glisse bien sur le papier.

Il me semble correct de corriger et d'améliorer la note, même si l'énorme colère due à l'équipe déficiente reste entière. Et certes, le stylo a été envoyé de Chine. Mais il y a tellement de produits que nous achetons qui viennent de Chine, y compris de marques connues, sans que nous y prêtions attention que ça finit par être un détail.

So sorry I spent good money for this piece of crap pen! Executive Vibe is NOT an American Company, as they claimed, as I was led to believe. Pen simply does not perform or even work at all. I have tried everything they suggested to get the ink to flow; it simply doesn't work. NO customer service and seems to be impossible to return. Please don't buy this pen, buy from an AMERICAN company, not this crap from China.

Utter crap. No ink flow. They have, after a year sent a replacement. I am about to try it out. I am not holding my breath. So it is slightly better but not much. Hardly any ink flow and i have to keep shaking it. Might do for sketching where i would use a mapping pen.

Do not order !!! Pens don’t work, then they have a ton of loopholes making it nearly impossible to return.
Poor quality product, and even worse customer service.

Bought the pen about a year ago. Ink flow has never been good, hard to start and soon as the drop is used you have to operate the converter or dip the nib again.
Tried to remove the nib and feed as described in the FAQ and video with pliers and could not remove them. E mailed the company three times still no response. Lousy customer service—nonexistent. Do not buy from this company.

I placed an order for a Stylo Bijoux Fountain Pen on 22 January 2022. It has been over two months since it was shipped (25 Jan 2022) and I have not received my order (Order #126960).
I have requested several times a refund, but would only get a reply that it was in transit. Now I can't get anyone to respond to me since asking for a refund.
This is NOT the way a reputable company manages a business. I would prefer the pen I ordered, but after 2 months I now prefer my money back.

GARBAGE! The nib was broken AND WHEN I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SENT ME A LINK FOR A MANUAL! Twice I emailed and twice I got a link for the manual. Crooks and ripoffsI

Bought the StoneGraph Flex nib fountain pen. It arrived on time but the sharp nib does not flex and has poor ink flow. When I emailed customer service, they told me I have to use specific papers and ink for it to work properly. I told them I want another type of nib but they have none in stock. Meanwhile, they keep repeating I have to use different materials instead of what I already have on hand. Why do I have to spend more money to be able to use this pen??!

Their ad said nothing about the pen working only on special papers and ink. The pen cost $49+ shipping. It is mid-range price pen, yet I was told it is not meant for daily use. The sharp nib constantly scratches fibers from the paper surface so it will not last long with frequent use.

Later, I found out the pen is identical to the Jinhao X450 that Amazon sells for $8.98!! What a rip-off!

Horrible company out of Shanghai. Do not order from them. Overpriced s*it not worth the wait and creates a huge carbon footprint. Ordered from them weeks ago and still nothing. Their website also tries to look totally American based. Just stay away.

An appalling company to deal with.

After waiting over five weeks for delivery the pen arrived and was faulty. These things obviously happen but it has been the way they have dealt with the issue that has resulted in my review.

Despite numerous promises they continue to stall and avoid replying to messages. My impression is they are highly suspect in the way they operate and I would seriously think carefully before dealing with them. As we currently stand I am less than confident of any further contact from their so called “customer service” team. I will however update this review if they surprise me and act responsibly.

Enjoyed the pen for about 1 week, then ink would not flow properly. Did ALL the appropriate troubleshooting & nothing worked. Company would not repair or replace this pen. Only contact is via email. I would not recommend purchasing from a company that does little to support their product.

Ordered a product two weeks ago. As soon as payment made, felt there was something dodgy as no estimated date of delivery and an alert pops up saying because of covid, the courier could be 7-14 days later than normal. When I looked at their terms and conditions they say it can take up to 4 weeks to deliver and you have up to 45 days to return products (which with the delays because of covid would mean you have one day to return it including post but you don't have an address).
Just had an email this morning 2 weeks after order saying it is being shipped. When I ordered the product it was buy one get one free. Only sending me one though. When I did a bit of research and ignored the feedback they had on their site you will only find a few proper reviews. All negative. On Facebook, 2. Both negative. Apparently the product is bought for about £3 or £4, then sold on for around £40. I would advise to stay clear.
